Our food was delicious. The only complaint I had was the container my salad was in contained a fair amount of water.

It'd be great if the salad dressings would have come in the pick up orders when you order salads so we didn't have to let the rest of our food get cold to get back in the car to go to the store and spend even more money and time to go buy salad dressings to be able to eat the food we'd ordered! It probably seems like such a minor thing but when it's the first time we'd ordered here, first impression wasn't great to cause an extra headache and inconvenience.
It's a great place, love the good and attention by servers. It's a 9 ouy of 10 because it is pricey but overall great restaurant!

We constantly have issues with this location and to go orders. The service of the bar staff that runs the take out orders is terrible. Unless you are a local at the bar, they really don’t care about you. 7 out of 10 times something is incorrect about the order or something is forgotten. If there is ever a business that opens up, remotely similar to ECW, we will happily stop coming here. Seeing as it’s one of the only spots, we roll the rice hope we’ve got them on a good night. We rarely win on that gamble.

Hi East Coast Wings owner/manager! I ordered the special with 25 boneless wings, chips, and a side of fries. The wings were seemingly overcooked and the fries were soggy. And the chips were not in the bag. I GREATLY appreciated the staff for moving my online order up 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was not what we are accustomed to. It would be great to receive a refund for the food I did not receive. Other than that, not over cooking the wings and draining the oil from the fries...I don't know what else to suggest. East Coast Wings is one of our date spots. We love feeding our boys from there as well. Unfortunately last night's birthday dinner wasn't the best. We'll try again in a few months.

We watched our drinks sit at the bar for over 10 minutes. We ordered our food and waited over 30 minutes for it. My wrap was wrong and the server never came back to check on us after we got it. We had to ask a manager for our server. Everyone was done eating before I could even tell the server mine was wrong. Then it was discounted $5 even though I didn’t eat more than one bite. My friends refused to let me pay for it and told the server to take it off the check. I paid for and extra drink as well that wasn’t mine.
The food was fresh and the service was prompt.

My kids love the entertainment during kids night. We all love the food. And the staff is always cordial and welcoming - that being said, the two girls working Wednesday night at the front were a little rude. But I didn’t recognize them. The lady who waited for us was great and always takes care of us, though!
