Great service!
We are loyal fans of East Coast Wings (ECW), but unfortunately, the Statesville, NC location consistently falls short in food quality compared to other ECW stores. On this recent visit, the food was especially disappointing—overcooked/burnt. The boneless wings had noticeably more breading than chicken, which further impacted the overall experience. We hope to see improvements at this location to match the quality we’ve come to expect from the ECW brand.

We had the best service and food of any east coast wings we've been to. Our server was fantastic. Brought refills without asking, even asked if I wants my chips crispy or soft. Nobody had ever asked me that at any other east coast wings. Thank you for such a great experience.

Food was good and fast service. The waitress, January L was really good. She kept checking on us and refilling drinks. Very friendly and efficient.
Has become one of our newest wing spots. We have visited waxhaw, Indian trail and Harrisburg. Only concern is the sauciness of the wings seems to be different at each location which is to be expected with different kitchens and lead chefs at each. Wish there was an option to order extra sauce on the side to add if desired. Last time at Indian trail the flavors was good they were just dry compared to other locations. Still happy with product and value and will be back.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I was really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered chicken tenders, and the picture showed them as crispy and battered, but what I received wasn’t battered at all. I didn’t realize I had to specifically choose that option — it was confusing and not clearly stated.
On top of that, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was ignored at the front for at least five minutes, which added to the frustration. I really enjoy East Coast Wings, but this experience left a bad impression.
I’d really appreciate a $50 gift card so I can give the menu another try and explore some new items. Thanks for considering it.
