Everything but the chairs - when they upgraded the dining room they put in the most uncomfortable chairs now always have to wait for booth.
We attend this location every week...literally. The food, service, and environment is never less than perfection.

My carrots and chips were left out for my Buffalo chicken dip.

I ordered two buffalo chicken salads for takeout yesterday and the salads were spring mix, also very little chicken. We were very dissatisfied. Normally we’ve had these salads before when we dined in and it is Romain Lettuce, I should of been told it was spring mix I would have ordered something different. We ate the chicken and the rest went into the trash, a waste of money. I won’t get takeout ever again.
Pick up order was perfect..
Got two sets of bone-in bang- bang wings. The second set of 5 was supposed to be General TSO
I order 79.00 worth of the wings was hard. They did not get the order right. Very unhappy. I called back ask for manager and was put on hold and no one came to the phone. I did this twice. But, will not order again.

Quick and easy
Wings were dry and overcooked. Make sure wings are served wet, with sauce on the bottom of plate.
During COVID-19, I purchased the Family Meal: 25 wings and chips, celery/carrots, and toast. The website stated I could order 2 sauces at no extra charge but when I selected the 2nd sauce, it stated there was a charge; I ordered Honey Garlic. I then ordered extra carrots, extra ranch, and extra toast. When I get home, My wings are a Sweet and Spicy sauce instead of Honey Garlic. I did not receive the extra Ranch nor carrots AND I did not receive my extra toast....I called back up to the restaurant and spoke with a nice young lady who apologized profusely but I live in Winston-Salem and was not traveling back to Kernersville. This was too many mistakes for 1 order and honestly, my whole order should be refunded back to me or my whole order be remade at no charge. I support East Coast Wings often and really, support Peace Haven's location as I've had too many issues with the Kernersville location. But since I live closest to this location, I thought to give it another try.
Make sure the entire to-go order is accounted for before giving to customer! Also, do t send me coupon emails without a bar code - the restaurant won't accept it!!
My order was promptly delivered to my car upon arrival. My food was warm when I got home and was exactly what I wanted.

Food is always delightfull
Mistakes happen, on both sides we should’ve checked too. On our last order we where missing our appetizer (basket of chips). So fault was on both parties. Normally everything is correct on our to go orders. Could be just due to COVID 19 and everything is to go. Still a loyal customer and will continue to order to go.

During a change in times that all are experiencing, staff was super friendly. Because East Coast Wings still allows you to come inside and pick up food, it would have been nice to have a greeter that was keeping door handles cleaned as they are being used. Other than that it was great! Food was awesome!
