I asked holes to be stabbed into my wings and fries containers so they wouldn't steam and get soggy and the wings had some holes but the fries had none. By the time I arrived to pay and found them that way I stabbed holes for the ride home but it was too late, they were soggy. Also the bag with the ranch and ketchup was on top of my wings blocking the holes punched in my box. Thankfully I caught that and carried to fries and ranch bag out separately to my car. Otherwise the order was accurate and the food was great once I made the fries crispy again.

1 order of wings were completely incorrect. They were supposed to be a dry rub and were saucy. The second order of wings was the wrong sauce. My child’s kids meal had no chips. It was literally just 4 wings as his whole meal. Bags are tied up and food is not shown when you pick up.

They are the best wings in town and the staff has been amazing. We eat there every Friday and thanks to the staff we are still able to get our favorite wings and take home.
Good food, good service. I appreciated the little note thanking me for dining with them during the lockdown. I've never had a bad experience at East Coast and look forward to going back.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered take out, from this location, and encountered an issue. (NOT including the time that the bartender served us with dirty glasses, and became angry enough, to break the glasses, by slinging them into the trash, when something was said). Each time the order was not correct. This time, I ordered the Family Meal of Chicken Tenders. Due to the current situation, my husband went to pick up the order, due to he is the essential person of the household. I did not receive the basket of chips that were to come with the family meal. However, I called back to the restaurant and they did supposedly write a credit for the item that was left off my order. The same night, according to the staff, several others encountered the same problem. I could care less about a basket of chips, it is the fact that the employees are not on point. There should be a check and balance system in place. If one employee misses it, the other catches it before it goes out the door. I know that it is all hectic right now, but train employees for hectic, not status quo. Now is the time for each and every employee to go above and beyond, and be grateful to their employer, that there is still an opportunity to earn a paycheck.

That they were efficient with the time they gave, I could use my rewards, and the chicken tenders were amazing huge and yummy!!
Have more wing sauce in the container so we can dip our wings in it if it isnt coated all the way.

My mom picked up the order and wasn't given our drinks. Two sodas. She didn't realize it at the time. I put my son for a nap at the time. I didn't think about until I brought the food back to my house after. It was too later to run back and no one felt like dealing with calling back etc. The food was great and packed nice. Food was ready and friendly person but as I said we didn't get our drinks. I know because we ordered the lunch specials and I can't advance online until I select drinks. In the future I hope we member to ask but at the same time wish they had asked her or said what drinks would you like etc.

Also, Really glad that you redid the whole restaurant months ago. Its so much cleaner and updated. And we enjoy having Hillary wait on us! She has great, personable customer service.
My family and I order the weekend specials quite often. It's a good amount of food for our family at an affordable price. You get to choose from so many wing flavors and get chips as well. I would definitely recommend East Coast Wings to other family and friends❣

Make sure the time quoted online is the correct pickup time. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes past the online quoted time.
Lady could have seem like she appreciated me buying the wings more. She seem to occupied with something else
