I have always had good relationships with technicians from even before Hughes took over. Treatments around the house have prevented infestations of pests within the house. I would absolutely recommend Hughes for home pest control and control of wildlife. I suppose my only disappointment has been when technicians I have gotten to know leave the company. But their successors have been excellent also.

Friendly and professional technicians and administrative staff
We are long-term customers and know beyond a doubt that our quarterly service will be scheduled and completed on time every time. We also added termite protection about 3 years ago with an annual renewal eliminating our concerns about possible termite damage. Every technician has been professional and polite, always taking time to address and explain any concerns as well as responding to impromptu requests (only 2 or 3 times). Customer service is excellent. Calls are always answered promptly. Scheduling is flexible and reminders are provided.
I have had excellent results that eliminated the infestation of ants that had been reoccurring for a while. No ants here now!!! And your people know their bugs! They are knowledgeable about both the bugs and how to eliminate them. Your employees are very pleasant to work with
