I’m only here to advise that i just want companies to do what they are supposed to do, take my money, and leave me alone. If I don’t like you, I’ll stop giving you money. You are wasting time, mine and yours. You are also, and more importantly from a business standpoint, you are wasting money. Profit. And one more thing, surveys are completely unreliable. Everyone lies.
