Alex is very thorough and professional. We missed his call so he went on to do the outside and left us a message to reach out to see when he could come back to do the inside. When he came back he took the time to listen to my concerns (whole box of Abbe’s donuts ruined by ghost ants, we are from New England so not used to this activity) and explained they can pop up from anywhere but would put out additional bait in problem areas.
Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. The service has been great for the last 2 years.
