I am dissatisfied with the annual inspection of the Centricon system. I get a notice to schedule. I typically do not schedule a date and time. Nonetheless, a technician shows up unannounced to make an inspection. I wish to have the option to have or not have the inspection. The local office informs me they do not manage Centricon inspections. It appears to be a corporate scheme to collect easy money.
If the technician ever performs a Centrico inspection without my approval, I will not pay.

For several years my wife has been annoyed by ants chewing through insulation on our new windows in her room and our bedroom. Treatment before the last one, Jay focused on the ant issue again. He told my wife that the treatment was extremely likely to clear that problem permanently. All she needed to do was vacuum the dead ants. He arrived for the recent inspection and spoke with my wife about the ant problem. She told him he was correct and a quick vacuum job removed the bodies and none returned. He completed the garage and exterior treatment.
