My tech has been coming to my house for almost two years now and he is great. He texts me to find a time that works for me, is always on time, and takes his time to provide thorough service. I had a bug problem when I moved here because I live in a construction zone and his visits (including several off-cycle extra visits) have basically eradicated what I thought I was going to have to live with forever.
