I have dealt with several exterminator companies over the years. Arrow is definitely the best. I attribute this to our service technician, Tom. Tom is very efficient in performing his work. He is always punctual, has a smile on his face and is very friendly. He takes his job seriously and goes about his work in a professional manner.
If I gave Tom a rating that was not the highest it was a mistake on my part. I must have inadvertently hit the wrong number.

Love how thorough the techs are! When they come by to service our house they make sure they hit all the main areas, and even areas we point out that may not be as normal. Great communication
We have a newborn in the house and we were having ants get into the baby’s formula. We called later one afternoon and somebody was out the very next morning! Adam V was extremely friendly and helpful! Arrow had always been great to us no matter who has came out to complete services as we have the termite bond through you also. BIG thank you to Adam!
