We've been with Arrow for 5 years and have used the carpenter bee treatment, general house treatment, rodent treatment, and termite prevention treatment. Arrow communicates well and doesn't send random people over to our house but the same person who handles his/her service every time. I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy. He’s been taking care of my home for years now and is like one of the family. He’s always on time, thorough, always asks about current insect situation. He lets me know what he finds and what he’s doing to treat the issue. He’s always available even after the treatments in case any more bugs show up.

Todd is well knowledgeable and always recommends us what should be done around the house (inside and outside). He confirms with me a couple weeks in advance when an appointment is coming up and finds the best time that fits in my schedule. Very professional and always in time.
