Mike always contacts us a day in advance to let us know he is coming. When he arrives, he lets us know what he plans to accomplish during the visit. If there are concerns on our part, Mike listens and follows through on addressing those concerns.

Your technicians have always been punctual, professional and courteous. On my last treatment, I believe a new technician came out. He sprayed the exterior of the cabin but did not treat the 2nd floor porch as the previous technician had. In the future I expect both porches to receive treatment. The location of the cabin key has been given to you so it should be noted on our account.

Customer service was excellent from the person taking my call and the tech who did the service. I was able to get a prompt appointment and the tech was on time. The tech discovered the source of the infestation and treated it, and gave me good tips to prevent further problems.
