Besides the great service from Luke and Brad, we appreciate the phone call to let us know that they will be coming by on a certain day.
We generally pay for the full year, but your computer system does not allow for the discounted payment. We end up receiving a bill near the end of our service contract saying we owe money. The office always tells us to ignore the bill. Maybe it's time for an upgrade to your computer system.

At our age the reminder for an upcoming appointment is great. Also, our technician Cedric just makes us feel secure. About $1.00 a day to know you don't have to worry about roaches, ants, mice etc. It is So worth every penny.

So far ,so good.I don't have any complaints however I only had inside spray so far.As far as the maquito spray/ boxes they sat out to help for maquitos hardly made any difference in the maquito activity.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I always get a call before regular visits and if I need anything in-between I can call and questions are answered and if needed someone comes out to inspect for problems. I feel that me and my home are really cared about and not just another client like some companies.
