Felipe was very thorough in the coverage and cleaning and brushing and sweeping and application of pesticides around and inside my condo. I was very pleased. He was very courteous and respectful and friendly.
The team under the leadership of Brad has been outstanding. If for some reason an item wasn't taken care of on the original visit, one phone call and they are back out making sure things are corrected. This is the service I was looking for; may not be perfect but whiling to work hard to get it right!
Robin was wonderful - he saw the problem (cinch bug damage) and treated my lawn with both insecticide and fertilizer - very professional, knowledgeable and kind - also, staff is ALWAYS very helpful to me when I call - thanks!
We have had Arrow for years now and we are very happy with the results. We are especially happy with our Arrow representative - Tammy Cline. She is incredibly knowledgeable, you can tell she really cares about her work, she is thorough, always communicates, is always on time, and so personable. All of the employees, whether it's office staff or the folks doing the work outside of the office, are always courteous, knowledgeable and on time.
We have been long time customers. The quality of service has always depended on the tech that arrives and performs the service. We had many! Chris has been our long time tech for several years and he is professional, consistent and very easy to work with. We absolutely endorse his service and all that goes with it! We have had some very tough bug situations to deal with he has always risen to the task. I appreciate the customer online portal for the most part as well.

I always get notified on when a tech will be out for a treatment a few days before the appointment day and time and then he shows up promptly. I like the option of online payments and this makes it easy to take care of any charges to my account.
