Chris has been our technician for the last seven or eight years and has always denpendable calls us up at least a week in advance for scheduling and always has kept his word. Does a thorough job when he’s here and always follows up when requested if there are my issues with bugs between appointments.

Billy Sauls always emails notifying of the service date. Normally I talk to him when he arrives and he always asks if there are any problems or new issues that need to be addressed. He addresses any issues and is very courteous and professional.

I wanted to take a minute to express how pleased I was with my inspection by Home Evaluator Charles yesterday on 8-21-26. I'm also very pleased with Geoge Morris's monthly applications to prevent pests from being in my home.
Charles and George are both kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Until Charles' visit, I was unaware of all the services exterminators provide. He explained the ins and outs to me. I also appreciate George's written correspondence that tells what transpired during that month's application. They both represent your company well.

This review is for Conner who takes care of my pest control needs only. I feel Conner is an exceptional person HONEST and ETHICAL which tends to be rear here in Florida. He doesn't try to sell me something I don't need and follows up on his work. I know the Company wants their people to upsell everything (the almighty buck) however I trust Conner. If Conner were to leave Hughes employ I would also. I know you probably have other good people, but I have work with Conner and have faith in him. Out of 10 stars I would give him 12.
