I like the reports that are emailed to me at the end of every service visit and the fact that they have detailed notes, names of products that were used on my home, quantity of product that was used as well as the name of the technician that performed the service. I especially like that technicians are required to take continuing education throughout their tenure at Hughes Exterminators.

Prompt service, very easy to communicate with Tiny who does some of our service and a few other gentleman as well.
