Brian is our tech for bug control. He does a thorough job, and is a friendly, happy go lucky guy. He also brings a dedicated professional attitude to his job. So far I am pleased with the performance of the treatment being done.

The one thing you need to change is your scheduling system. The customer should not have to call in each month and then sometimes wait on hold. Scheduling should be online so that the customer can do it at their convenience.
