The technician does a great job! Upon arrival, the technician always rings my doorbell to let me know he has arrived. If I am home to answer the door, he always asks me if there are any issues the needs to be aware of both inside and outside of my home. I can rely on Stark to arrive on a regular basis without me contacting them to schedule the service.
