Scott is always on time, professional, and friendly. He is very accommodating to my schedule and communicates very effectively if something happens that delays him or if we need to reschedule. It is usually because of my schedule that if we need to reschedule and he is always flexible and helpful in finding a time that works. Over the past almost 3 years that I've used Arrow, I have only seen dead bugs and termites - never live ones - so I call that a huge WIN!
