This review is for Conner who takes care of my pest control needs only. I feel Conner is an exceptional person HONEST and ETHICAL which tends to be rear here in Florida. He doesn't try to sell me something I don't need and follows up on his work. I know the Company wants their people to upsell everything (the almighty buck) however I trust Conner. If Conner were to leave Hughes employ I would also. I know you probably have other good people, but I have work with Conner and have faith in him. Out of 10 stars I would give him 12.

Have been using Hughes services in Florida for a number of years. I find the staff to be knowledgeable, professional, and very effective. The quality of staff stands out today as our last service was by a new technician. It was shared with tre tragic news of our prior representative. I have always appreciated the communications, professionalism, and was feels to me to be a truly helpful disposition of Jacob. The news truly saddens me. The positive comments on the company, our new technician also represents the company very well with similar attributes. This to me speaks to the quality of the team supporting the entire operation. My positive experience is not just 1 great person, the quality of operation runs deep. I make these comments with me knowing I originally called Hughes for service after shopping price!
