The cleaning process you use does a very good job. Technician is knowledgeable and gave good advice about products, came on time, left only after double making sure we were satisfied with his work. Higher price than some but reasonable for what we got.
I like that they are chemical free and don't leave a residue in the carpet.
The technician I had this time, David, was awesome. He was the best yet and did a super job. I felt he went the extra mile to clean up a few spots.
Professional staff who worked hard to remove a stain that would have required carpet replacement without zerorez.
First, the price quote that I received on the phone was inaccurate by almost $100 by the time that the tech told me all of the extra costs for cleaning closets and hallways (!).
Second, I am utterly dissatisfied with the quality of the product. There was one bedroom that had a stain that came out, and I was very happy with that. My office, which wasn't really dirty to begin, is acceptable. And my bedroom (also not dirty) was ok, but they didn't even clean under the bed (which was a raised bed). The high(er) traffic areas in my main living room, however, looked dingy even when my tech was done, but he said that my carpet couldn't get any cleaner. I didn't know how to argue that, so I accepted that my carpet was just not cleanable. The whole carpet seemed a little cleanER, but not really CLEAN, nor did it smell clean. In the month since the cleaning, however, my carpet looks as dirty, if not dirtier than before it was cleaned. Every spot that I thought had been cleaned has since returned, and my carpet looks terrible! I am so embarrassed by my carpet that I now feel compelled to call another company to come out and clean it again! What a waste of my energy, and such a waste of A LOT of money! I am so disappointed!
Third, I thought it was unprofessional of the company to have the tech give me a customer satisfaction survey to fill out IN FRONT OF HIM, WHILE HE WAS WATCHING AND WAITING FOR ME TO FINISH IT.
It is not in my nature to write a letter of complaint. The very day of the cleaning, when my husband came home and saw the carpet, he said that I should call and ask you to come back and redo the job. I didn't want to because I didn't want to (again) endure all of the (REALLY HARD) work and inconvenience of moving the furniture out of the room, and having my house in disarray while I waiting for someone to come back. I thought that maybe I could just scrub the dirty areas myself. (That was until the whole carpet began to look dirty again.)
The sad thing is that I had a carpet cleaning company that I had previously used (and was happy with), but listening to the great advertised prices on the radio, I thought that maybe I could get a nice carpet cleaning for a little less money. Boy, was I wrong! Not only was it as expensive (or more) than my other company, but it wasn't even done well.
The only way that your company could resolve this for me is to refund (if not all, at least partially) my payment. I don't know if you have a satisfaction guarantee policy, but refunding my money would at least take the edge off of my disappointment.

The price is a little high.
The technician cleaned more than I expected in the walkways in my bedroom and just cleaned around laundry baskets on the floor, instead of asking me to move them. Now I have a line down the middle of my floor with dirty carpets on one side and clean on the other. I don't think I should have been charged an extra $20 for that.

MY CARPETS WERE NOT CLEAN TO MY SATISFACTION. THERE WERE YELLOW SPOTS. CALL YOUR TECHNICIAN THE NEXT DAY AND TOLD THAT MY CARPETS WERE VERY OLD. I'VE ASKED HIM TO STOP BY THE HOUSE AND LOOK AT THE SPOTS AND NEVER CALL ME BACK. I'M VERY BUSY PERSON WORK NIGHT SHIFTS AND HAVE NOT CALL U=YOUR OFFICE TO COMPLAIN YET.

We had 4 stains on our carpet. They can still be seen. This was more expensive than the last people we had clean the carpet but the last people did better. The advertising we heard made it sound like this was better so we tried it even though it was more expensive. Also, every time we turned around, the guy cleaning the carpet was trying to sell us another service (spot cleaner, etc.) that would have cost even more.
I was surprised by excessive extra expenses to have my carpet pre-treated. The charge per room was more than the entire cleaning. I also have an area that was cleaned that was somewhat sticky after it was cleaned and has already become very dirty. I called to have it re-cleaned based on the 30 day cleaning guarantee warranty and was told that it was only a two week guarantee. It was finally rescheduled, but the door was conveniently left open for a charge to have it re-cleaned. I'm betting I will be charged a fee due to some pet issue, which is not what has caused it to get dirty again, but was part of the cause for the original cleaning. So much for 100% satisfaction.

It left my carpets feeling much softer.
I had my sofa, love seat and carpets cleaned. The carpets are awesome but some of the cushions are still not as clean as the others. I know the technician worked at it but he kept telling me when they are dry they will be just as clean which is not the case. Also, when I went to leave my driveway after the tech left I found black clumps of goo. It feels almost like wax and are located right where the Zerorez van was parked. I also noticed a section of grass and a section of my flowers that have died after the tech left. They grass and flowers were alive and well when I watered them in the morning. The grass will come back but the flowers are dead.
The time involved was minimal, and the attendant was very courteous and helpful. Thank you again.
