Your cleaning was good but the drying was bad. The cleaning was in basement rooms and they did not dry in the amount of time they said they would. I had to put fans in the rooms to help get them dry. You need to be able to extract more moisture from the carpets especially when they are in a basement.
My allergist recommended I have my carpet cleaned without soaps or chemicals. Your company has been a good fit for my needs. I was quite disenchanted with the two technicians that came together many years ago (around 2005) and I didn't use your services for quite awhile after that. My last technician (service in July 2012) was the best one who has come to my home over the years. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. He worked very hard and cleaned what I needed done well. He was a very good representative of your company. I will request him again in the future.
I think Zerorez is great. I had a problem with the technician. He was too busy on his phone. I tried to show him the problem areas, but he was in such a big hurry.
Shorten the window when making appointments to am or pm instead of saying anytime between 9-5.
Products seem to work well. A few difficult stains would not come out but overall seemed to clean well. Very professional help.

Very nice employees that clean the carpet. The staff that I communicated with when scheduling could have been more willing to help. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by calling to schedule services. However, the man that came to clean (Alfredo?) was very polite and nice to my wife and children.
Advertise your pre-treatment prices so that the consumer knows that they are not included with the cleaning.
I was very happy with the cleaning and end product and would mark it a 10, but I was so appalled at the price that I don't feel I could recommend it. Basically, I don't understand how someone could be in my house for less than 5 hours and walk out with almost $1000. (Bill was $981.00). I wanted it all done, no question there, and the amount of each service was given prior to the service being done. It's just that once you get the stain protection added on at the end, etc. etc. it was just too much. My husband has forbidden me to ever call you guys again, because he feels we were "nickle and dimed" and basically taken advantage of. I think the most unreasonable thing is the stairs. I plan on doing a price comparison of other companies and comparing just the stair price. I feel that I tried to contact someone both on line and on the phone to tell them that it was a large job and that I wanted to know how it could be a package price rather than every stair, landing, vent, etc. that added up to so much.
How to make it right? I don't know unless there is a $500 limit for 5 hours work - that we could live with. I would be happy to talk to someone about this. Please do not take this back to Alfredo (the person that did the work) - he was wonderful.
Technician assures customer satisfaction. Carpets look new - I didn't think would look as good as they did.
I like my carpet when you're finished. It dries fairly quickly, the guy offered to help move any furniture that I needed him to. He liked my two mastiffs and I could trust him to be in my house while I was gone. You're awesome!

As we are a business I was a little surprised that we had to have a check written at time of service. The quote was different than the actual amount that we owed so a little confusion on that end. We had big indentations from the chairs after the cleaning.
Alfredo did come back after to fix the carpet but missed some of the rooms. One of the rooms was unavailable but the others were and did not get done. Also the time I set seemed to be a matter of confusion for the office staff. The day of the appointment they asked if they could come earlier. I went ahead and let them come and do it earlier but I think that works for home cleaning better than for professional cleaning and make adjustments during working hours.
The young man that cleaned our carpets was competent and very nice.
The carpet came clean and I thought it wouldn't.
That it is has no harsh chemicals but does a great job.
I had my 5 X 8 throw rug also cleaned and he took it out to dry in my backyard and laid the carpet on two piles of poop !! Also, he never spot cleaned my stains. I have had better cleaners in the past.
figure out how to remove grease stains!

The dry time and the cleanliness of my carpets when they were finished. Our service tech was also fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
The technicians are fast, friendly, professional and courteous. My carpet is cleaner and softer than with any company I have ever used and it stays that way longer. I will never use conventional carpet cleaning again! I recommend you to others all the time!

There were small strips of my carpet that apparently did not get cleaned properly.
Give correct price quote when customers call in. I was not told that I would be charged $15 for landing on my stair case.
Your guy was friendly and professional. The carpets look great. Service was really good.
You might want to look at the truck he was driving though. It leaked oil on my driveway. Not a huge leak, but enough that it could compromise engine maintenance.
We have sent serveral emails with pictures to (Email address removed) and never heard back from her. We also called to explain the damage done the the walls in our new home from the service tech. The carpets looked great and we were very satisfied with the cleaning. The problem was he drug is hoses around the corners on our main floor and did some serious damage. I sent pictures of the damage to Email address removed as her email was attached to the feedback request. We just had the house painted and they were done with the inside walls two days before we had the carpets cleaned. Our painters were working on the front door for the next few days so we had them fix the problem. We are just frustrated that we never heard back after several emails and a phone call.
Tech was friendly and was willing to work really hard on getting all areas of the carpet really clean, particularly a heavy traffic area that was really soiled. Thanks for all of the hard work!!
The technician was on time, courteous and quick. Some of the spot came back as soon as the carpet dried.
We showed some stains to the tech and he assured us they were gone. When the carpet dried they were back.
