My daughter rented an apartment and before moving in wanted to have the carpets cleaned even though the property manager stated they had been cleaned. There was an off color area where the front of a couch would have been and a purple spot in the middle of the living room rug. After Adam cleaned the carpets there was no more purple spot and no shading from the front of the couch area. He was very honest in stating there were a few paint spots in the bedrooms that did not come out and had warned me ahead of time of the possibility of the purple spot not coming out (however he was successful with that).
The products are environmentally friendly. The service men are informative and helpful.
I like the communication about when the tech will arrive. I like how clean my carpet is afterwards! The techs are courteous and kind.
The employ Mason Hunt worked hard. To make sure I was happy with the services.

I looked up your invoice to make sure everything was in order. It looks like we cleaned:
Four rooms, a large hallway, a large stair case and a few area rugs. We also did extensive treatments for pet urine in one room and applied a high quality scotch guard to everything we cleaned. Based on the amount of work I see we did for you, I feel that our price was very reasonable. I still would like to give you a call this afternoon to walk you through the invoice and make sure everything is correct and that we delivered nothing less than the best results.
They came on time, were fast and professional. Excellent job, especially on high traffic areas. Areas dried faster than other services we have used. I would use them again.

As a first time customer, I was throughly impressed with the Zerorez company. Upon my initial call to schedule an appointment, my phone call was promptly returned and I was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Further, the conversation I had to schedule the appointment was handled efficiently and courteously. I felt like a valued customer. Follow up phone calls were then made as promised to confirm the appointment. The Zerorez technician, Michael, was really what sealed the deal for me as a customer. His knowledge of the job and professionalism couldn't be better. He took time to talk to me about cleaning options, pricing, and recommendations. By the time he was finished I felt like I had brand new carpet. His work was amazing! the residue free concept, the result and the service
The carpets look very good. The service man was very professional. But the carpets in some of the rooms took over 24 hours to dry.b
Clean, polite, and the carpets are very clean.
Your office doesn't seem to communicate very well with your carpet cleaning men. The man showed up on the right day but without enough hose to reach my condo, then he was going to reschedule one week later to come and clean. I had my whole house tore up so he could clean the carpets. I told him to forget it and went into my house and shut the door! A couple minutes later he knocked and said he had talked to the office and he could come tomorrow and clean the carpets. A different man came and did so. However, it was very upsetting event. The man who came did a very nice job and was a very nice young man.
I'm sorry that happened Emma. We should have had all that information down when we set up the appointment. I promise it will go better next time! Thank you for taking the time to let us know what happened.

Our carpet cleaner was very professional and friendly. Loved the fact that the products used to clean our home were not strong at all because I was worried having my 2yr old and newborn in my home while it was being cleaned.I will most definately be calling again to book more cleanings.

coupons or lower prices would be good. Paid $99 for a less than 30 minute area. Seems a bit pricey.
Call several hours ahead so we could better plan. Only called 10 minutes before coming and we had been advised they would be here between 3 and 6pm. Showed 5:15. We had an appointment at 7:00 so weren't sure how that would work out but it turned out ok.
Zerorez did a very good job on my carpet. I was very surprised at how good it looked when they were done. I didn't expect them to get as many spots out as they did. I will definitely use them again. The only downside is it has been 2 days and the stairs are still a little damp.
I have used Zerorez for the last 3 years. Service man is courteous and careful and the carpets dry fast and look great.
We had a little confusion on the time. I thought it would be after 11 am or close to 11 am and they did not get there until after 1 pm. More precise time so time wasted in waiting is prevented.
After the cleaning my carpet stays cleaner longer.
The special solution that cleans without soap so there is no soapy residue left afterwards.
I especially liked the thoroughness of the job.

Well I was a little disappointed this time, I have used you before so I figured when you gave me the quote of $200.00 plus pet treatment that you knew the size of my rooms. I had originally stated that we would be doing 4 rooms then I canceled two of the rooms but was still charged for 4 rooms. He stated that our upstairs living room counted as two rooms, or that is how I understood it. I had originally asked for the living room and two bedrooms upstairs and the one room which is really the size of two downstairs and that is where we had the pet treatment done, which was charged twice as it was really two rooms. So I guess where I was miss guided was I was trying to save a little money by dropping off the two bedrooms and wow was I glad when I got the final amount that I had because it would have probably been another $100.00 or more. Then the funniest thing was once the guy got there and started to set up he stated that he didn't realize that his water reservoir was full and he would need to go and dump it. We told him that we had a sewer dump connected to our house and he could use that, so not only did he dump what he brought with him we were charge the additional 9 dollars for water treatment and disposal fee's when he used our stuff to dispose of it. I guess I find that kind of ironic. Anyways, we do love your service and will use it again but I was just a little shocked at the price difference this time. Thanks so much for listening.
