Most of the time you get the dirt out and your service reps are very polite and professional.
We had a couple of high traffic areas that are still showing a shadow and the entire stain didn't come out. Not sure if that's because Zerorez doesn't use any cleaning solution or if it wasn't done well, but for $99, I expected the carpets to be 100% clean, not just kind of clean. So I'm out $99 and I still have to put a big area rug down because the carpets are not as clean as they could be. I thought it was a huge waste of money and I won't use Zerorez again.

Some carpets, even after just a few years of use, start to get grayed out or worn traffic areas from soil abrasion and fibers being crushed. The industry calls this "apparent soiling" because traffic areas appear soiled, but are actually just damaged. Although this is very common, I don't want to assume this is the case without seeing your carpet. If it is convenient for you, I'd like the opportunity to send a technician back to re-clean those areas at no cost. That way we know we have done everything possible to get those carpets looking great. I'll give you a call this afternoon to see when we can set up the appointment. Thank you for your feedback.
My carpets turned out great! Alfredo was a great guy. He was very polite, timely and did an excellent job!

We did not know however, until they were done, that they did not move beds etc. to do the carpet underneath. I'm not sure if that was because they did the work with a coupon or not. I could have moved the beds so they could get underneath. Anyhow, is this a new?

100% PURE CLEAN! Mason is who I have both times this year. he is really great at working on spots and getting them out. I requested him to come back. The tech is just as important as the cleaning system.

Excellent technicians and service. This is the second time we have used Zerorez -- once for our home and this time for our business office -- and we have been very pleased both times. I love that Zerorez doesn't use soap or other harmful products to clean my carpets. Thank you!
Your technician did an excellent job and was very courteous. I particularly liked how soft the carpet looks and feels. it was a very nice job and I will call you again when needed.

The technician was very nice and professional. But there are big stripes down my living room carpet, and the hall is a little blotchy. He cleaned the sofa and love seat, and I think they could be cleaner. We spent over $300, and I think it could be done again.

I'd like to see more coupons and discounts for cleaning multiple rooms. Also, I thought your charge for stairs was a little high. Your service technician did an outstanding job. He was very impressive in how hard he worked and his service and manners were great!

Our carpets came very clean; the technician was polite and efficient; the corner protectors helped against dings; you were easy to contact and appointments were on time.
We were told the wrong pricing when we signed up for our upholstering cleaning. We were told that our couch would cost $120-140 to clean (we had called and talked to a representative) but then it ended up being $265. This increase in price had to do with the type of fabric; however, we were told that unless we had velvet or microfiber that we wouldn't be charged more than the base price for cleaning.
Additionally, we did not receive the results on our couch that we had expected from the description you provided. We knew that some of our stains would not come out; however, there is still a generally dirty look to our couches.
I did appreciate that you confirmed through e-mail and through a phone call. I also appreciated that the man who came to our home called the morning of our appointment to let us know that he was on his way.
You are absolutely right Caroline. If we quoted you the wrong price over the phone or gave you wrong information- that is on us. I will refund you the difference-no questions asked. Thank you for letting us know that this happened so that we could learn from it.

I was mostly happy with the results, just a little disappointed with my main living room which had the most traffic dirt. I thought that it should have come cleaner. The technician was very nice and good at his job. He stayed at my house until 7:30pm finishing up.
