I was expecting a better result from what I heard on your advertisements. The results were good, but not any better than I would have gotten from another carpet cleaning service.

I can understand your disappointment. The biggest difference you will see between us and other cleaners though, is how good your carpets look after several months. The immediate results may appear the same, but our process is all about the long term. Setting up the appointment was cumbersome and not clearly explained. I think you may have received a lot of response to your 2-day special and the receptionists were too busy.
As for the work done, I've had better work result. There were dirt spots not completely taken out and the carpets were soaked! I understand how steam cleaning gets the carpets wet but this was perhaps too wet. I have decided to continue using my usual carpet cleaning service.

I'm sorry you had a frustrating experience setting up the appointment. We do have quite a bit of phone traffic during our two day specials so it can be difficult to keep up with all of the calls. I will discuss this with our staff today and find out how we can keep up better next time. The results of your cleaning are unacceptable. The carpets sound like they could have been detailed better and they were left way too wet. If it won't be too inconvenient I would like to send someone back tomorrow to re-clean everything. Thank you for letting us know what happened. I hope we can make this right for you.
I was very impressed with how my carpets look and feel after cleaning with Zerorez! Billy Lance did a great job and took time to explain and was very friendly! I will call again next time I need my carpets cleaned and I have already recommend Zerorez to a friend!! Thanks you!!!

I think you should include your water residue charge of $9.00. I was told, all right, but I think it is better if included in the quoted price. Our carpet looks good.

In all honesty, when I had zerorez out a couple of years ago, I had a horrible experience (the technician ran out of zerorez water so he filled up with water from my hose, left major suds in my carpet in a high traffic area, left my stairs with dirt marks on the risers). However, my husband convinced
me to give them another chance and it was a totally different experience. "Rick" was amazing. He took the time to test a piece of my carpet to determine its makeup. Here explained to me the entire process (much more involved than my last zerorez process). He did an incredibly thorough Last name removed and was friendly and conversant whenever I had a question. He even brought up things I never would have considered. Rick changed my entire opinion of zerorez. I even requested for him to come back on Friday when I have my kitchen tile cleaned.

Stairs are too expensive! $5 for 30 seconds of work, why so much? It cost me $120 just for the stairs. My total was $320 and I didn't have ALL my carpet cleaned because I couldn't afford it.
Hi, I hate to complain, but I was very disappointed. The carpet was left very wet and the edges of the stairs were not well cleaned. I thought that the carpet would have "zero residue" and be perhaps at most slightly damp. It took 3 days to fully dry and it is sort of crunchy now. Additionally, my carpet is 100% wool and wetness is bad for wool. I think this very wet cleaning could potentially shorten my carpet life. So...I will not be calling again...nor would I recommend zerorez. Thank you for asking for my feedback.

Wool does have a tendency to retain moisture for much longer than other fibers, so if efforts aren't made to dry the carpet quickly after the cleaning is performed, it will stay wet for a long time. It sounds like we didn't do a very good job drying the carpet. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience and I can completely understand your frustration. I will contact the technician to find out why this happened. I appreciate your feedback, since it helps us improve.
Quality of cleaning
The two men who came to my home were very polite and helpful and I liked that they wore
platic over their shoes whilst they cleaned my carpets and came in and out of my home. The whole house smelled nice after they had finished cleaning the carpets and the whole experience was good!

I love how our carpet is clean and soft. It looks like new again. The three step process really does get the dirt out. Israel was really great to work with. He's a very hard worker and very nice. He was very pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend him.

The person cleaning was friendly, well groomed and thorough in his cleaning. I like the extraction method that does not leave a residue and it dried relatively fast.
I like the lack of residue left in my carpets.
