The serviceman was polite, efficient, and ready to answer my questions. He worked hard and did a good job. However, as with most service groups, there is "pressure" to buy or do more but he didn't over do it.
My only complaint was that he left before I checked each room and I found that one large area had sizeable carpet rippling in it. In other words, the suction was so strong it pulled the carpet up with its pad from the floor. I wasn't happy at all about that. In a day however the carpet did fall back but now the pad has lost its "grip" to the floor.

We liked the concept that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals. We had carpet and air ducts cleaned and we were very satisfied with the work. Chris Felter provided excellent customer service and made sure we were happy with the results. He was a very hard worker, thorough and extremely pleasant

Carpets look clean and employee was great. On time and very personable. My one complaint was the cost. It was very high for small areas in my condo.

My carpet technician, Alfredo, was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to care for my carpet. He went the extra mile in explaining why and what he recommended for my carpet cleaning and made sure I was 100% satisfied with his work. I had some problem pet stains and I'm happy to say that there is no pet odor and my carpets look amazing! Thank you Alfredo and Zerorez!

I like the cleaning process but there should only be 10 areas not 12 areas on this invoice.
The total should be $60 less.

The associate was friendly and was able to get us in sooner than expected when he realized we were in a time crunch. The cleaner did a great job and was friendly as well.

My carpets looked like they were brand new after they were cleaned! They delivered on every claim that they made and they did it fast!

I like that there's no harsh chemicals and that the carpet is soft and looks almost brand new. I also like how the technician (Mike M.) helped me understand what needed to happen to get the carpets back in good condition. It was a quick process and didn't take up my whole afternoon.

The technician was the star. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The products are good, but they are even better with a technician who knows how to use them and enjoys his job. Needless to say, Billy did a great job.

Carpets are clean and Alfredo was very friendly. Although I thought the scheduling was awful they didn't make it in the 3 hour window and no one called until 10 till 7.When I spoke to the customer service she was very apologetic and gave a twenty dollar credit which was great. I will use you guys again but hopefully next time you guys will be on time or at least more considerate!

There was a mess up on Zerorez's end in booking our appointment. Had we not called to see what was happening we would have missed our deadline. Our appointment was booked incorrectly on your part, so we then had to scramble and stop everything else we were doing to try and find some one else to come on a short notice. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I am willing to pay extra and a little bit more if I feel/believe that I'm going to get better quality of service and product and that is why I chose Zerorez to begin with. I didn't want to have to deal with this kind of inconvenience and wanted to feel sure and confident that the least of my expectations could have been met. Your saving grace was Maria (bless her) stepped in and made things right. She stood behind your service and product. When we called to cancel she asked why and then did what was necessary to keep our business. We weren't asking for or requiring a discount, however, she came through with what she promised and made sure a Zerorez agent showed up that afternoon. All in all, the carpet is almost completely dry and appears pretty clean. Just the inconvenience of time and effort of having to go through the process of that of which I had already done before to be prepared, caused a lot of unnecessary and unwanted stress, as well as loss of time and production in the other things we were doing to fix this mishap. Thank you Maria. And we still haven't heard back yet with the 2hrs of cleaning that was advertised.
