Reliable, thorough done right the first time
My carpets are actually clean and stay clean.
fast and clean
Jarom was great in protecting our home by using corner guards, actually listening to my concerns and addressing them. He got out the dirt that a competitor had left behind just 10 days earlier. He and Zerorez saved me from replacing three bedroom carpets.
I appreciate that you came back and fixed the areas I was displeased with and made it right so I did not regret spending my money with your company.
Clean, fast pleasant worker
From what I got done it seemed like everything was cleaned well. There weren't any strong odors, which was nice. The job seemed to be done fast and efficiently. The two things I didn't like was the "set" price for a hallway, I felt like I overpaid for such a short and small hall. And, there are bright white spots that weren't on my grout in my kitchen before. I thought maybe leftover solution pooled there when it was drying and that hot water would do the trick. It didn't.
no smells, dried as expected, results met expectations
Residue-free cleaning products. Friendly competent employees.
We were so impressed with the service and especially with Alfredo, the technician, who returned and worked hard to get our basement carpet in good condition from the terrible cat odor. He was delightful, and so anxious to be sure we were pleased with his work.
My carpets look great. The guy who came did a great job. Thank you!
I liked how it didn't leave a residue on the carpet once they felt dry
Eddy & Jesus worked very well together as a team, and performed an excellent result on doing all 3 floors of my Three Fountains Condo where I have resided now for over 33 years.
I will recommend your company to any of my acquaintences, and have already done so in the past. My next door neighbor appreciated your service; very pleased with their results!
I also had several pieces of my upholstered furniture cleaned; turned out nicely!
Thanks!

It dried fast and looked incredible !
Reasonable price, friendly workers and clean carpets.
alfredo was courteous and professional.
The No residue, the nice telephone ladies, the workers that do the carpet cleaning ( their pleasantness and thoroughness and asking if everything is okay), and their being on time and neat and tidy while here.
No residue. Punctual. Knowledgeable.
Very conscience service and great job on applying the products. I will use you again.
The fellow that provided this service was not very committed. He was in and out in a flash. I would not want to use him again, however I have other technicians from Zerorez that were awesome.
The gentleman that performed this carpet cleaning is the key to your success. He was so detailed and on task. I would highly recommend him as a carpet cleaner. He should be your advertisement and the model for the rest of your staff. I would like to book him again this year. Please let me know his name.
You guys were very professional and the carpets looked wonderful!
Fast, friendly, and look great!
TYhe carpet seem to have a smell like damp carpet for several days. The stains did not really clean as nice as I have had with other services.
I think you leave my rooms deodorized and mold free.
Technician was great
this visit was a return to redo a small very heavily traveled area in the family room. I appreciated the quick response after I called and asked to have this area redone. The two who showed up were very cordial and quickly took care of the problem to my satisfaction. I was not even sure it could be made cleaner because of the age of the carpet and the traffic it gets.
The technician (Rick) was very helpful, informative and professional. He was also very thorough in his cleaning. When we need your services again we will definitely put in a special request for him.
The carpets are very clean and I like not having soap and chemicals used on them.
I am very pleased with how my carpets turned out. They look really great. I will see how they last as time goes by - but so far, they look really good!
