My carpet has never been cleaner in the 8 years I have lived in this house. I really thought I was going to have to buy new carpet this year, but after having zerorez clean it I love it!
I love that there is no soapy resudue & the carpet looks brand new when the process is complete. The carpet stays cleaner longer.
The drying time was much longer than the carpet tech told us is would be - It took well over 24 hours befre our carpets were dry, compared to the 4 hours the carpet tech told us. We also have a smell in our family room that wasn't present prior to the carpet cleaning.
Service Rep was excellent! He went above and beyond my expectations. My carpet looks wonderful.

They arrived right at the beginning of the given time frame, took less time than they originally said, they did a dry vacuum for free and my carpet dried much faster than they said. Overall a great experience for a chemical free cleaning method for my home. It's a little more expensive than renting a Rug Doctor, but I think it's worth it.
Our carpets and tile flooring look so great now and new. T was so nice to have these finally done knowing that they are rez- free, and not going to be attracting dirt. The Two guys were very great to work with.

This is the only cleaning company that really gets the job done and the technicians are extremely freindly and willing to help out.
The technician was very friendly, helpful, seemed to know what he was doing, answered questions,all in all the service was excellent and we couldn't be more pleased. we will call zerorez again soon.
We felt like the guys were rushed for time and did not want to be here. They were bugged that there were a few items that we needed to move. It only took them 20 minutes to clean 3 rooms and a hall, which we paid over $220 for. More then what was advertized on the email rerecieved. He felt like it was not worth the money we paid for the amount of time spent.
Everything went well. We appreciate the service and the excellent work.

Very friendly, helpful service technician. The carpeted areas were cleaned thoroughly. The technician was knowledgeable about stains, upholstery, tile grout and air ducts.
For the carpets that I got cleaned you can see the Wand spots to where the suction was stronger in places the carpet in some places still looks dirty like I did not even get them cleaned.
I would almost like to have the carpets Re-Done .. I spent $284 and they still look pretty dirty

The process and the tech that came out did a great job explaining everything and looking at all of the areas being cleaned.
Cleaned really well
I felt like a lot of hidden charges popped up that were not originally discussed. Zero Rez rep indicated that it would be another $40.00 for protectant for each area after cleaning. I felt like this should have been added in the original quote as it was significant $280.00. Also, when he found spots, which is why I was getting my carpet cleaned anyway, he wanted another $30.00 for each of two "urine" sports and then "hoped" there would not be more. I just crossed my fingers that the $570.00 job estimate when he got there wouldn't keep going up. It did stop at $730.00 after he wanted to charge me $760.00 but I indicated to him he had actually told me $730.00 so he agreed on this amount. The rep was very nice and plesant and probably just doing his job but I felt like it was too full of suprises and quite a significant dollar amount more than what had been quoted even when he arrived and did the estimate.
Everything was an up sale, or an additional charge
I was more sold on Zerorez BEFORE i tried it. The stains are gone and the rugs look cleaner, but the path on one of the carpets doesn't look much different than before it was cleaned! in fact, now that it is thoroughly dry, i was going to call tomorrow and see if there is not something that can be done to fix that! It is pretty bad. To me, it seems there could've been something sprayed on that path as a pre-treatment to work while the other 2 carpets were being cleaned, then it would have cleaned up nicely when done. Do i still need to call, or is this notification sufficient? Also, I really like the technician, and feel he was careful and did a good job, but after he was through cleaning he evidentially dumped something on my strawberry bed and where he put it is dead as can be! I like the method of cleaning and feel that it really does get out the residue. I also have the protecting application after and believe that helps a lot.
