My carpets look so much better after having Zerorez come and clean them. They were not super wet and we were able to walk on them right away.
I liked the fact that chemicals and soaps are not being used to clean the carpet. I feel that the carpet was left very clean and fresh. Israel did a great job and was so kind and generous! I would for sure use in the future and recommend Zerorez! Thank you!

The young man who came to do our carpet was very helpful and informative. he told me what he was doing with the carpet every step of the way. we had a couple of high traffic area and he felt bad he could not get them as clean as he wanted, he even did a double treatment and scrub! they still look better than they were! Over all the carpets look great. I will certainly recommend to family and friends, thanks for the great service!

I loved how it looked afterwards! Also how quick it was to dry and the other services that you offered. The guy who came also took time to explain how the system worked and answered all of my questions. Thank you for making my carpets look like new again! :)
Non toxic, dries fast, superb spot removal!
The guys were really friendly and fast service. I had two people recommend zerorez as the only carpet cleaning service that didn't make your carpets more dirty than before the cleaning.
Product doesn't leave residue behind. Technicians are very nice.
The technician did a great job getting some difficult areas as clean as possible. The one disappointing thing was that he didn't wear the booties like other technicians we have had from Zerorez. He tracked in dirt into our kitchen since the carpet was still wet, so if the kitchen, certainly there was dirt on our newly cleaned carpet that he stepped on before the kitchen.

I like how new my 30 year old carpet looks, that the carpet is free of chemical residue making it safer for my kitties, Gracie and Beau. I appreciate the care, Adam, the technician took in protecting my woodwork and furnishings from the hose. My carpets dried quickly and the process was efficient and effective.

Our Carpets always looks much newer after Zerorez has done the cleaning. the Carpet stays clean much longer and the technicians are always so professional, helpful and polite. I will never clean or have my carpets cleaned any other way.
I can't think of anything specific. I rated your company, not on your service, I thought it was great, but on the likelihood that I would be talking to somebody about carpet treatment.

Rick did a good job of removing pet stains but there are now two areas that are not clean. The stain seem to be diluted but still visible. It was MUCH worse when he arrived and when it was still wet looked great, but there are two areas where the stains are still visible. It was badly stained and maybe this as good as it gets, but I was hoping for more.
Sorry those spots are still there Linda. Pet urine very frequently can either bleach or cause acidic stains in carpet. Unfortunately both of those problems generally cannot be fixed with just a cleaning, even after spot treating with all the right products. Lets keep our fingers crossed that that hasn't happened! I'd like to set up another appointment to re-clean those spots. That way we can be sure we have done everything possible to remove them. I will call you today to set up the appointment.

Jose was very respectful and extremely informative of his services. He was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend him and would work with him again.
I like the flash clean that brought out really bad stains and Mike was very good at explaining the products and what they do. Was very please with the whole experience BUT the price was a quite a bit more than expected as per what I saw on your web site but Mike did give us some discounts because of the large area that we had done.
The explanations about the chemicls were pretty awesome! Also, the level of customer service was great!
