Not what I expected.
My carpets looked amazing!
your technecian was awesome however there were some spots after drying that were still soiled I think the expectation for cleaning was higher based on you advertisement.

I selected Zerorez because of the GREEN carpet cleaning with no harsh chemicals (and no residue). Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, and did a great job for us. I appreciate knowing about the variety of services that you offer.

I was told the window was 2 to 5pm when i called after 4pm that day. They said it was 3 to 6pm. He came at 545pm. Huge waste of time.
It really was the best cleaning I have had on my carpet. The man who did the work was very nice and explained things well.
I love that there is no residue left in the carpet fibers and that the sanitizer used for the air duct cleaning was natural products.

Everything smells clean -- no artificial fragrances -- and of course, no residue. also, the extra ingredient for pet odor was very helpful.

Carpet was soaking wet for a very long time. Vent cleaning was very expensive compared to the competition. I think he missed one vent. It would have been nice to have cleaning the dryer vent included.
