Quality and friendliness of service personnel
The tech seemed to know what he was doing. He was friendly and informative. I would even say, since I am a repeat customer, he was overly friendly to the point of' over the top'.Really, if I say I don't want a demonstration, I don't want a demonstration.
I will refer your company to my friends and family. Just have the tech make sure they listen to tue customer.
Same as last time, friendly knowledgeable technicians who do a great job.
The carpets were very clean after the technicians left. I did not like having the technicians continue to ask me if I wanted extra services after I told them I did not want them. I told them I did not want the stairs cleaned and I did not want my upholstery cleaned. They asked me again if I wanted them after I told them no. I was pleased with the way everything looked after they left and felt like my carpets were thoroughly cleaned but would have given a higher rating if they had not continued to ask me if I wanted extra services.
Both the young men who came out were reponsive, organized and did an excellent job. We will use you again. Thanks for the way you conduct business. Happy Holidays.
You get the dirt out and it stays out for a long time. Love Zerorez. I really like the grout cleaning Much easier than my having to do it with a small brush and on my hands and knees which is very difficult for me. You are the only floor cleaning company we use. Thanks again

Carpets end up cleaner than with other carpet cleaners
I think the carpet stays cleaner longer because there is not a residue left after cleaning. I also like that there aren't harsh chemicals used. Plus, the carpets come clean very well.

My carpets are 12 years old and they look brand new again.
Some of the spots which looked to be cleaned have re-appeared. I think your protectorant is too expensive.
The products used cleaned very well stains on my old carpets, even blood stains that i thought wouldn't come off. The technician was very knowledgeable about different carpet materials, friendly. I liked the plastic protection used on my walls' corners and on techs' feet. it is nice to know that the chemicals used are not dangerous to environment and to humans. I was pleased with the work performed.

Definition of an area is 200 sq feet. The area cleaned were well below that sq. footage.
Yet I was nickled and dimed, adding an extra $60 to my charge.
They made my carpet look better than I thought possible.
