The grout cleaner seems the have taken the stain off our beautiful floor molding in a dozen areas or so. Also, now that the couches have dried, they look murky and not very clean in places. Some of the worst stains did not come out either. The carpets seem fine as far as we can tell.
Rick was wonderful. He had excellent customer service. He wanted me to be happy.
I was very happy with the technician (Jarom) that cleaned my carpeting! He was very professional and did a beautiful job on both new and older carpeting. I would like some other services done before long, and I will request the same you g man.

Your service man was very fast and accomodating trying to get out by11 am but was unable to arrive early because of some bureacratic mtg.that headquarters has to have. If you check records you will see that I requested an early apptmt. But was not acvomodatrf at all. Therefore my cleaning was rushed and there are spots appearing already.

The carpet was soft when it dried, sometimes with other cleaning services the carpet feels almost "crunchy".
The email I received said the carpet would be dry in 2 to 4 hours, it took about 12 hours. There was dirty water left on my kitchen floor and entry area which is hardwood. I expected more based on your advertisements. The cleaning was okay, but not great.

Let customers know that there may be some buckling in the carpet as it dries. When we saw that our carpet was doing this I was concerned that it had been ruined. Once it dried though it looked great.

Our house no longer smells like cats used the carpets as a litter box! The tech knew his line of work! Knowledgeable about products, equipment, and different treatments. Our carpets have never looked better since we have moved in!

I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets for several years because I like your approach and products for cleaning my carpets. I was very impressed and pleased with the service provided by your trainer that cleaned my carpets. He was professional, willing to serve and please after a long day's work. I am sorry I have forgotten his name --I think it was Jarom or Jared---he replaced Rick that day, Thursday, August 17th. He said my carpets would be dry by noon the next day and they were! I would be happy to recommend him to a friend or have him clean my carpets next time. Thanks!
You did a living room and a very small hall( the hallway is about 3 foot x 6 foot.)
I was charge 30.00 for my living room and 30.00 for the hallway.
We went with you due to your price for the living room and decided to throw in the hallway. They also charged use 30.00 per the two areas for a protectant. The other company applied protectant at no additional fee. We were lead to believe something different than what we received.
I will be passing the word around to all my contacts. Your face value is good right up till you get into the door!
On a side note your cleaning was good and the carpets look great when he was done. Your tech did a good job in how he handle himself. I don't blame anything on the tech he was just doing his job. However the company as a whole from my experience appears to be much like a used car salesman. he gets you to decide on a car than in the final steps adds as much on the ticket in fees and charges as he can.
