I'm so sorry for the experience that you had. We clearly made some major mistakes in terms of scheduling and communication. Our number being incorrect in the phone book is a very common complaint and understandably frustrating. We only have one chance per year to register our information with yellow pages, and unfortunately they recorded it incorrectly so our number will be incorrect until next year. Our confirmation email was recently revised so I will be sure to verify the phone number included there is correct as well. I really appreciate you taking the time to write us such a detailed response since it really helps us to improve our service.

It took over 24 hours to dry and several stains reappeared during the drying period.
A 24 hour dry time is unacceptable. It is very likely that those spots emerged because of the overly wet carpet. I will follow up with you this afternoon to make this right.

The carpets look good and the person assigned to clean our carpets was very personable and service oriented. Would definitely recommend zerorez to anyone wanting to clean their carpets.

Pricing however it seems to end up much higher than expected, I do have a big house but one of the rooms I would not categorize as being twice as big as a normal room, also $60 to do the stairs I consider to be high price considering it took him a lot less than any of the other areas to do.. Overall he did good work and i was pleased with it but do revise your pricing policies!! many carpet cleanning bussinesses have a tendency to advertise lower prices just to get their foot in the door, once they're in suddenly they come up with all these extra charges which I consider to misleadding and somewhat dishonest, charges like treatment and water disposal etc...
I can appreciate your viewpoint Joaquin. We are continuously working to make sure our prices are as fair and competitive as possible. We try to be as accurate as possible with our estimate over the phone, but sometimes we just don't know the full scope of work until the technician arrives. Had an area that had under a grand pano. The cat had used it as an unacceptable litter box. Zerorez got the stain and the odor out.

The technicians you send to do the job. Very professional, courteous and polite. The product is outstanding
The serviceman was polite, efficient, and ready to answer my questions. He worked hard and did a good job. However, as with most service groups, there is "pressure" to buy or do more but he didn't over do it.
My only complaint was that he left before I checked each room and I found that one large area had sizeable carpet rippling in it. In other words, the suction was so strong it pulled the carpet up with its pad from the floor. I wasn't happy at all about that. In a day however the carpet did fall back but now the pad has lost its "grip" to the floor.
I'm sorry about that Sherrie. What happened with your carpet is called "Latex Displacement." It happens when any amount of moisture is introduced to carpet and happens more frequently with carpet that needs to be properly stretched. Basically, since latex backing stretches more than the nylon or polyester fibers on top, ripples are created for a short time, but will settle back to where they were once the carpet dries (as in your case). I'm sorry our technician didn't explain this better up front, as ripples in the carpet can definitely be alarming at first. Thank you for your response.
We liked the concept that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals. We had carpet and air ducts cleaned and we were very satisfied with the work. Chris Felter provided excellent customer service and made sure we were happy with the results. He was a very hard worker, thorough and extremely pleasant

Please call for a definite time of arrival. I was told "3 to 6 p.m." That was fine, and I was prepared at the downtown condo from 2:30 p.m. on. I had specifically called to make certain my cell phone number was on your records. When I had heard nothing by 5:20 p.m. I began trying to phone. Your number WAS NOT on my paper, received to verify my order by email. I finally found a phone book in the empty apartment that was to be cleaned and your number was incorrect. It took much trying before I finally got a correct number and the very polite lady answering the phone had to check to give me a time. It was now quarter to 6 p.m. and the person who was available was on 13th South and 21st East, in Salt Lake. I was waiting downtown on North Temple and 200 west. I received an apology at 6: 15 p.m. for the delay, although clearly it was not the fault of the technician Isaiah who was at fault. He did a very thorough job and was very pleasant, completing his assignment at 7:10 p.m. At my request he gave me 2 coupons for $20 off a future job. I was tired, hungry and although pleased with the work felt I had been asked to invest 4 hours of my time waiting because no one could be more specific than a 3-hour window, plus I had to find a phone number to call --NOT ON THE agreement paper I'd printed off, not correct in several phone books, and definitely not a courtesy call to say the technician was running late. Since there was no one else to open the small condo apartment and outside gate at 218 W. North Temple, unit W-1 (Godfrey Condo LLC) and I was the only one who could do it, and also because the very small size of the unit(2 rooms) meant we paid a premium for your service. Yes, it was good. Yes, I knew we were under your minimum area for the price and that was all right, & my choice to accept your service because you came highly recommended. Your paper I received with instructions via email clearly states: Because we don't want you to wait..." Well, I waited and waited and still was not notified of the extra delay until I called and then had to wait more while the phone person got the technician on the phone. Would you have been happy with me, had I given up and gone home rather than trying to reach you? I think not. Name removed, Phone number removed.
