Misquoted, and way overcharged.

Angelo came to our house to clean our vents. He was kind, efficient, and respectful of our belongings. My children even sang for him while he was working... Who knows if he enjoyed listening but they enjoyed singing!

My carpet was cleaned Saturday at 6:45 pm. I had expected them at my house that morning at 9:00am. I understand the situation was out of your control on that situation, We had a choice to make another appointment for another day,but we had all our furniture moved. So we choose to wait. They came and were very nice and gave us a small discount, but Sunday evening at 9:00 pm, our carpet is still damp. Maybe it is the colder weather? I don't know.

Carpets are clean, very noticable difference, carpets look new. Nearly dry at completion of cleaning.

My carpet and tile were cleaned to perfection. The worker cleaning my carpet also saw my rolled up top carpet in the garage and said he would clean it for me for free, if I wanted. He cleared a spot in the garage and cleaned that carpet too!

Friendly, punctual, and courteous. However, you used to groom the carpet even without the purchase of a protectorant. I miss that service.

The results and the service people seem to be well trained and care about the customers home, putting up corner "bumper guards"!

Service was outstanding. Tech knew his job well and explained the different steps. Products worked well and carpet cleaned up well. It dried in a few hours.

I didn't like that there was a large window that I had to be ready for my appointment. What are you? The cable company?

The carpets are always so much softer than others that use chemicals, you don't use chemicals!

Friendly efficient service!

The one thing I would like to discuss is an area in our great room that needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Do not know what happened but it is in a wee corner where a cabinet is about 12" from a door and it looks less clean than the area around it.

Like the way the carpet is not soggy for along time. You do a good job.

The really clean carpets

When Angelo came back to redo the high traffic areas that Eddy didn't do a good job on, he did an excellent job. Thank you for following through and making me happy.

I need a little more time to see if the spots come back. As of today 11/1/13, it looks very good. I'm not completely satisfied with the price. One small room and hall seems a little high $92.00, but maybe I just need to shop around. Taylor was great!

My sofa is not clean in some spots - spots that should have come clean if done properly, but the technician was very nice in spot cleaning my dining room carpet and reminding me of the gift card that I was sent.
