Each time I have had Zero come, I have had great "personalities" perform the services. Michael was particularly personable thislast time. Keep him! He was soooo polite and friendly. The work has always been good, but of course, I was dismayed at the additional cost of the "water disposal". Oh well, I guess that's life. Mrs. Last name removed

It was quick, the tecks were nice and friendly. They offerd to do my grout, I declined. So a few minutes later they said we will do it for FREE. So I said sure. When it came time to pay up I had to pay for part if the grout service. Not happy about the miss information. I feel I was lied to, or tricked. They did a really good job, so I antied up. So I'm happy with my carpet and tile but not to excited about the extra money I had to spend.

We had several services done, resulting in a very expensive bill. It would be nice to have some sort of discount for a bundle of services performed. Also, we didn't get to see the itemized bill until after we had paid, the technician was gone, and it was emailed to us. We were charged for 2 oversized chairs when our 2 small arm chairs are definitely not oversized. I wonder what a real oversized chair is considered and how much it costs to clean it?
