I am a new home owner and just had my carpets cleaned before moving all my furniture in. I don't really have much to compare it against, but the technician (Alfredo)was very friendly, very much concerned that I approved of the job. The carpets look much better. No complaints.

I had a special offer which I mentioned when I phoned the order in, but when I was charged I was not given the reduced price, and I felt I was way over charged. I can't even figure how they came up with the grand total I was charged. I was not given a receipt, and I payed cash, so I wondered if the tech over charged and pocketed the difference.
I like that there is no residue left in the carpet.

The guy that did the cleaning was friendly. The only problem with the carpet is that I was only planning on having this cleaning hold me over until I could replace the carpet. The carpet looks so good now I might put the replacement on hold for a little while.

I used your service last year and was happy with the service I received. A couple of months ago I needed my carpets cleaned again. Instead of Zerorez I tried a competitor I had a coupon for. My carpets looked great but about two weeks later every stain I had ever had on my carpets resurfaced and the carpets looked absolutely awful. I called and Zerorez came to the rescue. My carpets look great again! Thanks!
