I Liked everything about Zerorez. I like the fact that you have such good technicians that come out and do such a good job on our carpets and suggest ways to keep it looking good longer. The technique you use is so good for the carpets. They never look dingy or bad after the Zerorez technician leaves. I can and do recommend you to everyone.

I was not impressed about the extra price added to the total when I asked what the total was when I made the appointment. If someone asks what the total is to the service they should be told the total of it. $9 to dispose of the dirty water should not be added.

The process of how you clean the carpet. No soap

I'm amazed at the process that is used, and the results of the clean carpet. No pre-treatment for spots was required, the process simply got rid of every single stain. The technician was very polite and helpful, and it was a joy to have him in our home. There is no reason to "ever" use another type of carpet cleaning system.

Carpets look wonderful when done and stay that way. The technicians do a superb job. The carpets dry quickly.

The carpets look great now. There were still spots on the family room carpet but they came back today and redid the room and it is beautiful!

The persons taking appointments need to lighten up. We have confidence our carpets are clean and undamaged by using Zerorez. We have always felt good about the people who come to do it. They are friendly and know what they are doing. Jordan was a particularly nice guy and would ask specifically for him next time.

I felt the carpet was cleaned very well and dry time was good. The men were hard workers!
I feel the office staff lacked communication with each other and my request for an earlier time was forgotten in communication. The estimated time to start was off by around 45 minutes. This was very inconvenient , but the cleaners worked fast and furious so it turned out okay.

Although Jim was not there at the time agreed upon, he was prompt when he did arrive and explained the process and finished in a timely manner.

I had 3 areas totaling under 600SF but you charged me for 2 areas on one of them because it was bigger than 200SF. the total area is within the 600SF and should be no issue, you are using a technicality to your advantage. zerorex cleaned only 2 areas (460SF) for the price i was planning on having 3 areas (600SF) according to your advertisement. Not happy.
