While the technician was great and seemed knowledgable, my carpets still looked stained and worn. I suppose the first time we used Zerorez we were blown away with how wonderful the carpets looked, smelled, and felt under our feet. I just didn't see or feel that this time around.
The technician was efficient and well informed. The results look good now, the proof is in how they look in a couple weeks! Thanks
The spotted area between kitchen and dining area still is not clean. It is better than it was but still not clean. Also the areas in front of the doorways still look dark.

The two men who came were very, very nice and very professional. I appreciated the electronic devices they had that allowed them to tell me how much everything would cost as I listed what I wanted done. I appreciate them not using chemicals in the cleaning process. My carpets are wonderfully clean. I will definitely use you again and recommend your services to others.
Nothing really. Because our carpet is old and hadn't been cleaned in a while its hard to tell how good the service really was. There was a definite improvement and I'm not disappointed in any way; its just I still have stains in the traffic areas due to reasons I stated above.
The tech that did the cleaning was very nice and professional. He clearly explained what could be done based on the condition of the carpet. He was great!
