I liked the friendly and professional way the technician explained what he was going to d o and he got right in there and worked very hard to get my carpets clean. He used a light to show me where the cats had spotted the carpet and what he'd do to clean it. When it came time to use the steam and suction the moisture out of the carpet he had me come and look at the difference in the before and after treatments. I am really enjoying having clean carpets. My family is cooperating by removing their shoes to try to keep them looking nice. I really appreciate how your product works and the fact that it doesn't leave residues, making it so the carpet looks better over time.

I guess I am grateful to know our carpets are cleaner but cannot really actually SEE the difference. Now I am greatly concerned because I was informed while the attendant was here that my stainguard protection would be removed and if I wanted it added back I would have to pay $20 per area. Surely a standard fee for the business. However, it was a hidden fee from my expectations. I had no idea I would have to and was not prepared to pay an "extra" $100. That is not just a drop in the bucket for us. So no I am super concerned that our carpet will be in worse shape in less time because I could not afford to put something back on my carpet that was taken away by trying to make it better.

Your service person was honest and did a great job. He was quick and efficient! The job he did was worth the money we spent. Thanks Zerorez!

You guys do a thorough job!

I love Zerorez! I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies and they don't even come close to the quality of Zerorez. The Tech was awesome he was able to get out a grape juice stain that had been there for 6 1\2 yrs. I am and will continue to reccomend Zerorez!
