The carpets don't really look any different. It's nice to know they are cleaned but they look pretty much the same. Love that you have the corner protectors, nice touch. love that your employee wore shoe covers and was polite. Your prices are a lot higher than many other companies. I was expecting a lot more for the price difference.

I'm sorry the carpets didn't turn out better. Although it is true that the appearance of carpet can be drastically affected by worn traffic areas even fresh after a cleaning, I don't want to assume that is the case. If it is convenient for you I would like to send someone out to re-clean those areas and make sure we have done everything possible to get them looking great. You were able to salvage the carpet in a room that I was on the fence about replacing.
Left a large water spot in the hallway and when I called to schedule a redo, I was told it would be a week before someone would come out, even after explaining that I had just listed my home for sale and had showings scheduled. Also, carpet has a 'crusty' feeling in some areas. Not as advertised.

I love how clean everything got. The technician was friendly, kind, and helpful.
I like that no soap or detergent is used. Once that happens you can almost never get rid of it, and the residue attracts dirt making the carpet get dirtier much sooner.
I also like that there is no fragrance in the process. I am very sensitive to fragrances and I love that I do not have to worry about getting a headache after they finish.
Just confusion with my Landlord who didn't want some work done and it was more than we had anticipated. The cleaner didn't give me an estimate before and the total cost was shocking i.e $10 for a little walk-in closet which I think should be apart of the room.

Got most of the pet spots up. The rep was wonderful in explaining the process and taking care of my furniture etc. My carpet is fairly old and now the knap is perky. I will gladly use Zerorez again.
I love how clean and fresh everything is after it is all dry. The technicians are always courteous and considerate. My carpets stay clean for a long time. Because my technician had a super busy day and arrived at the end of our work appointment time, he offered me a free area of protectant. We thought that was a nice touch.
