I was not there at the cleaning of our apartment so I didn't have first hand viewing of the cleaning but our son was and he said they did a great job. I like the fact that there are not residues left. The next time my home carpet needs to be cleaned I am planning to have Zerorez do the cleaning. I was not happy with my last cleaning from a company I have used for many years. I'm hoping zerorez will do a better job. I do not like the fact that I have to point out every spot and then check to see if it was addressed. I should be able to have complete trust in a company who is there to clean my carpet. Thank you

Make sure your Techs are on time and that you get all necessary information over the phone on the first call. I gave my address over the phone and said I live in number 406. The Tech didn't show up in the scheduled 3 hour time slot so we had to re-schedule. The next time he showed up he told us he couldn't clean because we live on the 4th floor and no one had told him that we lived in an apartment building. So he rescheduled us for the next day. The next day a different tech called and asked if I would be home during our time slot. I said I would and he asked if I live in a building. I said I do and he told me he would have to reschedule because no one told him that and he didn't have the right truck. I explained to him everything that had happened and told him we wanted our cleaning done that day. He called your office and made it work. So to me it was clear your operators aren't writing down the things your techs call in about and when I said I live in number 406 I would assume your operator would ask if that's in a building because it's clearly not a house. Work on your scheduling.

Really I just don't know what to compare you to as I have never had my carpets cleaned before. Also, there was a lot of difference between the online quote and what the actual price was, that is a problem. The last thing was my carpets were still damp even after 24 hours. Your technician was very nice and accommodating while in my home.
