We loved how quickly and thoroughly our carpets were cleaned, with no residual odor. And we especially liked the technician, Chris. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to address other cleaning issues we had questions about. We'll definitely be using Zerorez for all our carpet cleaning in the future.

I was very happy with Alfredo for the job he did after the first guy who came basically did a quick swipe over everything; there were even dry spots on the stairs and chair. Alfredo called me over to watch as the cleaning brought life and color back into the recliner. He said whatever I was unhappy with he would redo. I said that would be awesome if he had the time. He assured me that time was not a problem; he just wanted me to be happy with the service. So he went over all the carpet areas and stairs and it really made a difference!!! Gees, Alfredo was seriously sweating as he worked. I knew that no matter how good the "system" claims to be, you can't just swipe over it faster than a vacuum and call it clean. I will use Zerorez again, but ONLY Alfredo is allowed to step foot in my house. His work ethic is amazing; he gets it. He should be running quality assurance and training for this company. Thank you Alfredo!!!
I love Chris, your technician. I always request him. He makes all the difference. He works hard at getting out stains and spots. I feel comfortable having him in my home - and for me that is saying a lot!

I paid extra for the 75.00 per gallon for special urine treatment. The technician used the black light to pin point the areas. After the carpet had dried for a couple days, I used a black light and was still able to see the "urine spots". I don't smell the urine, which I am grateful for, but wanted a sanitized rug as well.
I am disappointed with the job done on my couch. It is cleaner but not clean. I know that you cannot get a couch clean in 20 minutes anymore than you can get a room of carpet clean in 20 minutes but I paid three times the cost! Why such a large charge for such small service? You can come back and clean my couch again. I feel that the price I paid justifies another cleaning.

This was my third time using Zerorez, the time before I went with someone else and was really disappointed. My carpets looked awful, I felt like it was a total waste of money. With Zerorez I feel like the carpet gets really clean, I will be staying with you from now on.
