Drying time took a day, not 4-8 hours. And I still can see dirty areas that I believe could come clean.
Carpet was very clean and felt nice and soft. No crunchy feeling like other times with other companies. Felt like new carpet again.

We very much appreciated the fast, friendly, and efficient work ethic provided. The tech was very helpful with other ieas that would help our carpet, as well as resources for us to check out. We was very curteous and thoughtful of our needs and very friendly. We appreciated his input and the carpet looks absolutely wonderful.

Someone came over and redid the bad tile cleaning. My baseboards are still scratched -- he offered to repaint, but we will do it. I had to have someone else come over to fix the stains on my stainless steel appliances.

I double checked with the stainless steel refinisher and we did pay for that. I have a guy ready to do the baseboards if you say go. I would prefer that we take care of it since it was our fault. We do make mistakes and will always make sure that we make it right.

I feel like your Valentine Special is a scam. The voucher I received requires me to pay money and give my personal contact information to someone I don't even know - in order to even find out where and when these opportunities are available.
Sounds like a Gephart recommendation means nothing. I am very put off by this. I would have had my carpets cleaned anyway - I did not like being scammed.
We have personally used the vouchers and they are not a scam. Their website tells you what cities are available without having to pay anything. The company who does the vouchers does require your name, phone number and address. But so would any hotel. We wouldn't use them if they were a scam.
I originally called after hearing the special of $25/room on the radio. I called twice that very day and the phone rang and rang and went to voice mail. When I called the next day, the girl told me that that deal was off! Now I had to pay $29/room! Although I was taken aback, I arranged the appointment on the phone anyway. I specifically asked if there would be a charge for anything else once the serviceman arrived. She said, "no". After the cleaning (which was very professional and well done), I was strongly encouraged to use the "protectant". That added $130.00 to my bill which I was told was a "deal". I think the protectant is overpriced and full disclosure at the time the appointment was made would have been appreciated. Also, the "perk" of the vacation voucher was less than I expected given the processing fee, room tax and selection. I doubt we'll even use it.

I so appreciated that Morgan explained what was happening as my carpets age and what they would look like - I also liked that it did not take too long to dry. The carpet looks as well as it can for the age it is.
