My carpets look great, and I was very happy with the technicians that came to my home (Eddy and Taylor). However, I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I have experienced after my service. I was incorrectly charged for my service, and two weeks later the matter is still not resolved. What started out as a very positive experience now has me very frustrated and angry.

If you could find a way to get sliders to just raise the furniture and slide it that would make things a lot easier but overall the tech did a great job!

I liked how great my carpet looked immediately after they guys left. I also thought it was neat that they educated me on how the product works.

The guy who came was wonderful! It smelled nice as it was being cleaned, but today it didn't smell nice anymore. We also vacuumed with our rainbow today, and we still got as much dirt up as before the cleaning. We were a bit disappointed in that and thought it would have made a difference.

technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. I w;would ask for him by name next time. He was able to get out most of the very bad pet stains we had.

I am a first time customer with Zerorez. I was completely satisfied with how clean my carpets are. The true test will come in time after I see how well the cleaning and protectant hold up. But what I can tell you without any reservation at all was how well I was treated by the young man, Angelo, who was your service rep. . He was very courteous, explained what the process was, took great care in protecting corners and woodwork. He answered all my questions and was very thorough in cleaning. I was very impressed with his abilities and the way he represented your company! He did an excellent job!!!
