Your technician was great. He was courteous and the carpets look great. All the stains are gone. I'm disappointed in how you train them to upsell bit by bit as the appointment occurs. It wasn't until the end that he told us that your process strips the protectant away and oh now you need to pay more to apply more protectant. I have used another carpet cleaning co in the past and I had no complaints. They quoted me a price and that including everything. They were fully upfront about the full cost. Even though I prefer a cleaning without soaps, I will not be a future customer to zerorez because of this underhanded practice

I felt like the technician was very knowledgeable of the product and able to recommend the very best treatment for our situation. We chose to start with a conservative route and just the basic cleaning and product was able to clean up all of our problem areas. I was very impressed. Carpets come out beautifully every time! This is our 3rd time (maybe 4th?) using Zerorez. We haven't had to go elsewhere to be satisfied.

Putting protective guards under the legs of wooden furniture that is not moved so the wood stain does not bleed into the carpet.
How clean my carpet looks after
As your success has grown your focus on customer satisfaction has declined. In the beginning I was always extremely happy with the job well done. The last few times the cleaning has not met expectation and the communication with office staff and technicians gets mixed up and the time of arrival is different than the original scheduled time. And we did not receive the gift card promotional that was promised.....it just seems like attention to customer satisfaction has gone away and the cost for all this has gone up. It makes me sad!!

Your process cleans and deodorizes better than any carpet cleaning company we've used in the past. Your staff has been clean and professional, though some of your technicians have been better at cleaning than others. Isaias Melchor does the best in my opinion and Adam isn't far behind. We're all relieved Porter Trepanier has been moved to the office. Quality was getting a bit scary there for a while. Just kidding!!! He did a great job.
