Was an hour late for the appointment then didn't have a long enough hose. Need better communication with employees. When I asked for an hours notice the next day they said they would call me when they were one appt away. This didn't happen and they gave me a 15 minute notice when it takes me 30 minutes to get there. I was pleased with the job when it was done but it was expensive. I didn't like paying by area I would rather pay by total square footage.
Thank you Leslie for you feedback. We were late to your appointment, I apologize. The customer before you took longer than we expected. We are always working on being more prompt and if we are late, that you know as soon as possible. We'll be talking about this more in our morning meeting.
As for why we charge (per area) because it is easier for most people to understand how may rooms they have rather than how many square feet they have. Giving estimates over the phone would be almost impossible to correct on. We want it to be as easy to understand as possible.

It did a nice job cleaning the carpets, no soapy residue
The technician seemed to know what he was about, but after the carpet was dry the area that is most used still had some signs of dirt. We called and he came out again today and redid the high traffic area and we hope that when it is dried and vacuumed tomorrow it will be better. We are still waiting for the voucher for the two night stay of our choice to come via mail, as he indicated it would last Thursday when he was here the first time. IF the carpet looks OK, we would be more likely to recommend the business to others.

Sometime in the high traffic lanes, soil will get down deep at the base of the tufts and when we clean it wicks up as the carpet dries. Our gotta love it guarantee means we come back and get it again - As you've experienced. Thanks for the feedback!
The Upcoming Appointment email stated that a representative would contact me with a more specific time of arrival two days prior to my appointment date. The actual contact came at 5 pm the day before.

Great carpet cleaning, love how it dries quickly and stays clean! However, we signed up to receive a vacation voucher with our carpet cleaning and never received it. The woman on the phone told us the technician would bring it, and the technician told us it would be in an email. Neither has happened so far.

I'm glad you loved the cleaning! Now we need to get that voucher out to you. I'm sorry we didn't have one for you at the time of cleaning. We give each technician the exact amount he needs for the day but sometimes we move schedules around and your original tech isn't the one doing the work. We've decided to put an extra on each truck just in case this happens.

The guy who did our carpets was very friendly and had great customer service. I really liked how it smelled and how good my carpets looked after he was finished. He got tons of the stains out.
It is absolutely unreasonable to charge extra for stains, I have stains and therefore called a carpet cleaning company. I won't call again.

Our cleaning service is priced to remove spots and soil from the carpet. After the cleaning if any spots are still there, those are permanent stains. Stains can be removed through specialized spotters and bleaching agents but they require more time and specialized training to remove them without damaging your carpet. And because we keep our cleaning prices as low as possible, stains are not included at the regular price. Overall this saves everyone money. This is common practice for the cleaning industry. I know I just paid extra at a dry cleaners for the exact same thing (a spot that would't come out that they had to treat more aggressively)
I hope this helps explain better - we just want you to understand why we do what we do.
We have white marks all over our carpet. Looks like chalk. So much for zerorez! We have an office full of 75 people and nearly all of them have been commenting on how poor the carpet looks. We also have discoloration where it looks like certain parts got more wet than others and the floor appears to have water marks of two different colors.
Shelby, our inspector came out and looked at what was going on with the carpet. The white marks is drywall dust. We pulled back the carpet in an area and found that the installer put the carpet down without sweeping the floor. When we cleaned it brought that dust from below up to the surface (this is called wicking). Any hot water extraction method would have done the same thing. I've got our technician coming back this morning and we are going to encapsulate the remaining drywall dust. It will look great within the next couple hours.

Carpet was cleaned very well and dried quickly. Some long-time spots were completely removed.

We have regularly had superior service and have been more satisfied with the final result when we have used Zerorez. I don't know what your spots may have been. They could be returning because you've cleaned them with something like resolve, or spot shot? If the spots are returning months later, watch for someone in your house using a spotter that is attracting soil. I hope this helps!
I think it smelled great. I felt like I was communicated with well and the men were very friendly and on time. :)
It was quick, smell very nice and it did not take long to dry. The guys were very nice and polite.

I have used Zerorez before and always been very happy. My carpets came cleaner than I ever thought possible. I know that it will last too. My parents recently cleaned their carpets with another company and they are very disappointed. The spots are coming back because of residue. The technician, Jordan, was very polite and did an excellent job. He also did not use pushy sales tactics to try and upsale which I appreciated. I will never use a different company! I am a customer for life. Thanks!

Servicemen were prompt, courteous, and professional. I appreciated the care they took by putting slippers covers on their feet to protect my house from outside dirt and moisture. I have severe chemical allergies and Zerorez is the only company I have found that I have been able to tolerate. They also have done the best job of cleaning our carpets. I would whole heartily recommend Zerorez.

I LOVED how clean it is. Safe for kids and pets. Only uses water. It cleaned my carpets better than I ever thought possible.They look like new and I didn't think they could ever look this good after 6 years of pets and heavy traffic. So Thank You!
