Alfredo did a great job working around my furniture and children. He was very professional.

Good customer service, friendly and competent technicians. The only complaint I have is that I was told I'd get a Boondocks gift card by both the customer service rep and the technician, and it never arrived. No big deal, I understand some things slip through the cracks.

Our carpets turned out great, they are very clean and soft just as promised on your website talking about your system that is more green. Alfredo was friendly and did a great job getting them clean and being careful with our home using foot protection and protecting our walls and furniture. I am very happy with the results, my feelings about the customer service side of things was a little different. Be clearer on your price quotes. Myra offered no numbers when I set the appt. up and when Alfredo arrived he began negotiating price with what he said was my original quote of $161.00, a number I had never heard. What I talked to Myra about was 3 areas(bed rm, living rm, & hall) and possibly a tiny bathroom(which I was hoping could be combined with the small hall area) which to me would have started at $99.00 based on the coupon I called from. Also offer more sensitivity to clients. I was on a strict time schedule which I expressed to Myra the two times we spoke, but little care was offered, it was more of a "we'll be there when we'll be there" kind of attitude and also when Alfredo called to tell me he was on his way he started out telling me that you had all cancelled my appointment and when I shockingly asked what happened he told me "we just decided to cancel it" then he let me know he was just joking, which I tried to have a sense of humor about, but when you are stressed with time constraints and have your house torn apart getting news dropped on you like that, joking or not, is very upsetting, not to mention it is just plain unprofessional.

You do a good job at cleaning carpets, but I tell people watch out! You have a 4 hour time window. Is there no way for you to narrow your time window down to 2 hours? Another reason I gave you a low score is because when I called to get a quote on how much it would be to spot treat my carpet, I was told "around $30." I thought that was a high because you advertise I can clean a whole room for $30. I was just having you spot clean an area. When your technician was done cleaning he told me it would be $99! I told him I was quoted $30; he lowered the price down to $39 which I was somewhat happy with, but if you quote someone $30, charge $99 and then bring the price down over 60% something is not right.

My carpet looks very good. With zerorez you don't need to clean as often because there isn't the build up like other cleaners. The technician was very professional. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he left.

Probably for the carpet cleaning, but the air vent was overpriced. It was my fault for not shopping around, but we found 10 vents for $40. The service was find, but to answer the question honestly I would recommend the cheaper deal. It was a $200 mistake not shopping around.

Your hard working employees are the best. I can always count on a good job. I really like the fact that the drying time is so short and I can get my furniture back in place the next morning. I have used Zerorez for several years and have never been disappointed.

My carpets are beautifully clean. They stayed clean longer than other methods especially my stairs. They even got out the pet stains . I would recommend them to any of my Friends who need clean carpets for the holidays.
