I agree! We would much rather get it right the first time. We looked into the concern you had us come back and fix and we are talking about it in our morning meeting to remind the technicians to be more aware of dry times. Thank you for helping us with this.

Wait times (on hold) to schedule appointments were long. Inability to schedule specific times for cleaning, rather than a 3-hour window, are difficult for working professionals.
I LOVE the feel of my carpet from the moment that it was cleaned to now over a week later. I LOVE the fresh, none chemical smell when I walk through the door. My son had very dirty pets in the house and it was REALLY bad. I literally felt like vomiting when I entered one room that he allowed the cats to run freely. My boyfriends son is highly allergic to cats;therefore, I couldn't even have his family in my home. After the carpet clean with the go green anti allergy ingredients, I am confident that problem will be resolved. Eddy assured me that he could get the smell out as well and would come back out again if necessary. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I can't say enough about the quality of service and products. The part that I am happiest about is that I am NOT breathing any chemicals in. I would highly recommend this company to anyone especially if you have a tough problem to deal with. Zerorez may add me with my telephone number to any reference list and I would be happy to comment to anyone. Thanks Zerorez for giving me a new home or at least that is what it feels like.
For the most part it looked good. I did purchase at an additional cost a spot and pet stain removal but I noticed later in the day that the spot is still there. Also around some of the edges by the baseboards it is still dirty. I also did not like the additional up selling that went on. Trying to get me to do more areas in the house and additional treatments to the carpet. When I went to pay I found out there was also a $9.00 disposal fee I was never told about. This really did not sit well with me at all. As of right now I could not recommend Zerorez to anyone.

I'm going to be calling you today. I want to go through your concerns individually and make sure we correct anything that was not done properly. I'll listen to the original booking call and make sure if we did not explain our $9 fee, your refunded that. Thank you for making us aware of this.

Got out a stin and some gum the other guys couldn't.
Technicians were helpful,explained everything, wore protective shoe covers, were courteous.

I like that your technician's are well trained and knowledgable. I appreciate that my complete satisfaction is their main priority.
Although we did not choose the expensive stain removal treatment for our garage, we paid $79 to have it power washed. There are still dead bugs, leaves, dust, and other debris all over, especially in the corners and cracks.

Tech did nice work my carpet is very clean! I was a bit bugged when I asked him to clean under my couch and he said you want that done? Duh! Also he kept hitting my base boards with the wand.
Good cleaning job. Reliable. Came a second time to take care of a persistent stain. Courteous and friendly personnel.

make sure everything is quoted before doing the cleaning so we know the total cost.

Able to remove stains that others were unable to after using several other carpet cleaning companies
Very professional when he came..got done quickly an efficiently.
The results was what I was pleased with and the Tech's were informative on the services provided. I felt the office should be more customer orient. I requested a AM appointemnt, was given a PM appointment. Called again and requested AM appointment and was told that the trucks would be sequenced the day before and they couldn't tell me I would get a AM appointment. Had to call three times to get my invoice sent to my e-mail and inquired about my voucher and was told it would be mailed. Corrected invoice with my address. I will have my frontroom, hallway & carpet runners done next month & would like the same tech's that did my grandson carpet in Midvale this last Thursday. Thanks for listening. I watch for the voucher in the mail. Your ad was on KSL.
