Like how clean the carpets and upholstery are when they are finished!
I have always really liked the way Zerorez cleaned my carpets and have recommended you to
friends who have also liked you. However this time even though my carpets look nice and
clean they have been way too wet. They were done Friday at 12:30 and still way too damp
even by Sunday that I have had a fan going on them all Sunday afternoon and evening and
also all day Monday. There are still damp areas (especially the stairs)& it is now Tuesday and this was done on Friday!
I am worried that the pad under the carpet is wet too which is not good. I really liked
the technician you sent out, he was very nice and courteous but think you need to warn
your techs not to make the carpets so wet it takes days not hours to dry.
It would be nice to have a smaller window of arrival to know when the technician is coming. Also, it was frustrating to keep trying to get upsold by the technician. At one point, he tried to tell us that our grout was really dark and he could help us get it clean -- our grout is dark brown intentionally.
Courteous worker and very knowledgable.....very thorough and clean.
I love that it doesn't have a long drying time, There is no harsh chemical smell left in my home. I love when your employee stop and make sure that I can see the diffence in my carpet and they dont' leave until I am completely satisfied with the level of clean.

We loved our carpet cleaner, Jesus and we had to leave before he was done. The only issue I had was that the carpet areas that received protectant didn't dry until probably 16 or more hours later. Maybe it was super humid that day/night but that was longer than I had anticipated and was worried I would have wet carpet for a party I was hosting. It all dried before the party luckily. I will and have recommended you to friends!
The tech that came out was very professional and friendly. He was excellent about walking me through the process. I was very impressed with the communication and customer service through out the whole process. My carpet feels and looks great.
You would not move any furniture. This was very disappointing as I had to run around in front of the technician and move furniture back and forth for the cleaning.
You would not vacuum before hand.

The guy cleaning was great. The carpets dried quickly, which was good. My family room just didn't get clean. The areas in front of the couches still looked dirty and there were spots in other areas that looked dirty after that didn't before. I just didn't feel like the family room got clean.

The commercials lead me to believe that the nap would be "perked up" if anything it seems flatter than it did before. We already have a 30% discount on our next service in the system--I hope. Not sure what can be done to fix this-
I am hoping that the carpet stays clean longer this time since there is no residue. We had the carpets cleaned by another company only 3 months before your cleaning and the carpets looked dirty very fast.

I've tried several companies over the years, this was by far the best service, process and cleaning I have ever had our 9 year old carpets look and feel brand new. The travertine tile looks like the day we moved in. The staff was extremely professional and personable. I would highly recommend Rick. He and Brandon were exceptional.
