I had a special offer which I mentioned when I phoned the order in, but when I was charged I was not given the reduced price, and I felt I was way over charged. I can't even figure how they came up with the grand total I was charged. I was not given a receipt, and I payed cash, so I wondered if the tech over charged and pocketed the difference.

I like that there is no residue left in the carpet.

The guy that did the cleaning was friendly. The only problem with the carpet is that I was only planning on having this cleaning hold me over until I could replace the carpet. The carpet looks so good now I might put the replacement on hold for a little while.

I used your service last year and was happy with the service I received. A couple of months ago I needed my carpets cleaned again. Instead of Zerorez I tried a competitor I had a coupon for. My carpets looked great but about two weeks later every stain I had ever had on my carpets resurfaced and the carpets looked absolutely awful. I called and Zerorez came to the rescue. My carpets look great again! Thanks!

when I initially called, I requested am appointment, scheduled for pm. Was rescheduled next day, thank you. Technician nice, but one room we agreed if I was not satisfied, he stated would not charge me. I initially thought ok, but as it dried, could see spots. He came back, said couldn't get spots out, nothing was said about refund, but did say he would return with a can of free spot remover so I could try to get spots out myself. He did not return, no call back. I was, however, with my own cleaner, and "elbow grease" able to remove most of the spots myself. I feel a little bothered about the whole experience. I spent 3-4 days wondering if I could leave my house, while I was unsure if someone was coming to # one come in the first place and # 2 return to look @ the spots. He told me he would return in the morning, and called me late in the evening to tell me he couldn't make it that night and would come the next day and didn't come till the next night, then didn't do anything. It was very frustrating. Thanks for letting me vent.

Well I like everything. Except I think there needs to be a better treatment for dog urine I can still smell it in the area that was treated.

The carpet feels fresh and new again hours after the cleaning is finished. I also enjoy having Chris because he works so hard and tries his best to do the best job possible;-)
