Your product is the best out there. Our carpet is like new. Alfredo does a great job. The upholstery job that Alfredo did was remarkable. It is not like new because of so much body oil that had accumulated over the years, but we knew it would never be like new again. However it is so much better than it was and I am very happy with the job that Alfredo did with it. Alfredo was very kind and was willing to answer all my questions. He appears to love his job and that shows in the quality of his work. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of work that ZEROREZ does.

Adam was a joy to work with and have in my home. He explained things clearly and worked hard to do an exceptionally good job. I have had Zerorez since I got my carpet in 2005 and it still looks and feels new. I credit that to the healthy cleaning of Zerorez.

Fast, Clean, Not Too Wet afterwards
I had seen ads for Zerorez on TV and was intrigued that no chemicals would be put onto our carpet - especially since we'll be welcoming a new baby into our home and she'll be spending time near and on the carpet in the upcoming months. After the carpet dried I was thrilled that the carpet was soft and not crunchy like some other cleaners.
We were very impressed with our technician. He was friendly, prompt and worked quickly, but also did a great job. Upon his arrival he asked up if there were any areas we were concerned about and he took special note to treat those areas.
We would definitely recommend Zerorez to family or friends. They were wonderful to work with.

The service technician was wonderful. He totally sold me on having my tile cleaned while he was there, but in a very helpful and non-pushy way. Efficient cleaning with out residue.
I like how clean my carpet looks and feels. I liked how helpful your technicians were to me. I felt like they were honest and considerate. I appreciated how they didn't make me feel pressured to do any more cleaning than I wanted. I feel like they are very knowledgable about the work they do. I would have them back in a minute if I needed them. They are Eddy and David.
I had Zerorez several years ago and I am much happier with the job Eddy and David did than the men who came that time. I don't know the other men's names; it was years ago. An area that could be improved was the scheduling. We were told we would be called at 0800 and given a three hour window. No call was received. I called at 0915 and was told our window was from 1Phone number removed. I went to work, planning on being back at 1500. After an hour and a half at work I was called and said the guy was at my house now. It wasn't even noon yet. Not only did I not get into work on time, I had to leave shortly after getting there. The poor scheduling practice cost me a day of work.
The guy they sent was respectful, attentive and thorough. The carpets were cleaned well.
