The carpets looked great, and the technician was super nice!
My carpets look like there new again, and there 13 years old.
Communication on when appointment is.
On the phone I told the lady I had three areas and a small hallway connecting two of the areas in total the square footage was way less than 600 square feet she told me it should be fine but up to the cleaner well when he got done he not only charged me $20 for the hallway but he tried to charge me for two of the closets because the were "walk ins" again my total square footage is 580 sqft I was " only" charged $20 extra and as a one time deal he threw in the closets I'm not happy at that point but by the time my wife got home that night I was very mad because the carpets were crunchy and they stunk not cool

Fast, clean, and completely changed the color of my 30 year old carpet back to it's original color...
our carpet was actually pretty clean, just needed light cleaning and fluffing except in a couple of places, because is was so clean, the spots that we called to the cleaning people's attention, were not given extra care. those spots are still slightly dirty. i also was quite surprised when i received the invoice after the fact and saw that you charge for your water and disposing of that water! seemed like a way to charge more and it is a hidden charge since you don't get to see the break down of the charges until after all is done. the stairs didn't get dry for more than 24 hours, which seemed too long. there were huge bubbles in the carpet all over the house, which also surprised us, but your salesman reassured us that they would go down and they have. we are missing a computer keyboard and mouse, we have looked everywhere for them. the only people in our home were your people. please understand that we just can't believe that they were taken by them, it's just such a coincidence, and we are definitely not accusing them of anything, but it remains a mystery to us that they have disappeared.

It sounds like we have several issues that need to be addressed or corrected.
1. Our 'Gotta Love it Guarantee' means we will happily come back and reclean any areas you are not impressed with. I would very much like the opportunity to come and make it right.
2. The $9 water and disposal fee is not hidden in any way. We explain it up front when the appointment is made, and remind everyone at the time of confirmation. It is not an extra fee to make money, it is a small fee that helps keep our prices low. If we can charge $9 for the cost of waste disposal per house, I don't have to charge an additional $3 or $4 per area to cover that cost. People that have 4 or 5 areas would be paying $12 to $15. I didn't feel that was fair. Maybe i'm wrong, and people would rather pay higher prices without the idea their is a fee that saves them money in the long run. I will look into that before I say my way is right.
3. The bubbles are called latex displacement. The latex in the carpet expands when wet causing wrinkles. After it's dry, the wrinkles go away. This is a sign that the carpet is not properly stretched and will continue to do this the life of the carpet.
4. Just to be thorough, I brought up our cameras here at the shop and watched as your technician returned from the day. He didn't take anything out of the truck and move it into his or have anything in his hands as he finished unloading his truck.
I would again ask that you give us the opportunity to reclean the areas you are not happy with. We will be more careful to get the carpet dry in a more reasonable amount of time.
ive had two cleanings by zerorez. the first was not very sattisaftory and they skipped steps and even argued with me about the arrangements i made with the call center. i almost didnt call to have you return but felt my bad experience was due to the poor service techs. I decided to try onece more on your 2 day blitz deal. Let me just say that my tech jesus was fantastic. He did a wonderful job and i felt i was given the quality of service that i hear advertised. You now have a happy customer

That is is not chemicals, and drys fast.
I love that the carpets look and smell fresh and clean and that they dry quickly.
Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service provided by Zeroez. From the time I contacted them to the time of service the met my needs and provided a great service.
The technician was honest and forthright with me, offering options and explaining things clearly. He was also relaxed and didn't unduly pressure me to take any course of action while giving his professional opinion. I liked the speed of his work and the results. You would never know a dog had lived in this home by how nice the carpet smells. The carpet dried in the time he said it would, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Excellent work! You've lived up to your reputation. I have zero reservations about your products and services. :)

1. Used way to much water that it took over 24 hours to dry and longer in some areas. Carpet also buckled.
2. Did most of our 3 story home. The large basement area was poorly done.

We're calling you today to setup a reclean. The carpets should be wet for only 6 hours max. 24 hours is far too long.
The buckling is called latex displacement. When the latex in the carpet gets wet it expands and creates wrinkles. As it dries it will return to normal. This is a sign that your carpet is not properly stretched and will continue to do this until the issue is fixed.
Clean, quick drying carpets. Friendly service by person who made the appointment as well as the person who cleaned the carpets.
the techntion was very professional very considerate of my home and making sure not to damage walls or track in any dirt. He did a great job cleaning my carpets where they look new again

It's a little expensive. There were a few stains they couldn't remove without a bunch of extra money. Other than that, it is a good product.
The results. The carpets and clean, and there has never been a problem that wasn't resolved.

Your ads say that no residue is left in the carpet, so the carpet is not stiff when it dries. I didn't fine that to be true

I don't know the history of you carpet but this is what I have experienced: Very rarely we have cleaned homes that have had so much residue from prior cleanings that it takes multiple cleanings to get it all out. I would be happy to come back and reclean though just in case this is not the reason.
Because we use no detergents (the thing that causes crunchy carpet) I can guarantee that the crunchiness was not put down by us. Either way, we're here to solve the problem!
Quick service, great employee who was courteous and knowledgeable.
The really bad areas look pretty good but there were a few stains that I thought would have come out more than they did. Maybe my expectations were too high. The high traffic areas are still noticeable. Overall the carpet looks better so in that regard I am pleased.

Before we just accept that the carpet is as clean as possible, let's clean it again. I want to be absolutely sure that all the soil is gone. If the traffic lane is still visible after that, we'll know that it is scratches to the fiber and not soil. Let's turned pleased into ecstatic!
