The surprising charge for a pet stain removal. $100 bucks for a spot that was 6" x 18". That was more than cleaning all the carpet in the apartment! I just can't believe a spot that size was so costly. I would like you to check that spot again to make sure it was really cleaned and that there is no stain left. Iwas told that there would be an additional charge, but NOT any suggestion of how much it would be. I feel that I was truly taken advantage of. This is the second time Zerorez has screwed us over and it is not appreciated! Not sure I'll ever trust Zerorez again. Have a good day.

The carpet stays clean longer. This time, however, a small area where the heel rests to play the sustaining pedal on the piano did not come clean.

I have still not had my account credited for being overcharged for carpet cleaning. I was blindly charged $169 which included being charged twice for my stairs and being charged twice for a disposal fee that I was told I would only be charged once for. Ease of scheduling, customer service, and excellent cleaning!
We had one area where the spots look gone, but as soon as the carpet dried they were visible again. This happened last time we used your service in another area.
I marked the wrong spot above -- you have two lines -- most questionaires like this have just one line from zero to ten. Zero being bad 10 being great. never seen two lines one for good one for bad. After I realized the mistake your site would not allow a change. --once the button was selected no change???? Ridiculous.
I would rate Jace a 9 on the positive scale. -. JACE WAS VERY GOOD. He was perfonable and after a bfrief discussion he went to work. At his suggestion I allowed him to seal some granite. Whatever he used did seal the granite etchs but the stuff left some sort of residue that shows finger prints and other brush marks-- Not good.
Just being on time would have bumped this to a 9 or 10. The rep totally rocked though and was very professional and courteous.
The technician was very courteous and helpful. He did a wonderful job.
What I did not like was my appointment was canceled and the reason did not seem valid. The excuse was that the system had a glitch and those who had scheduled on-line had been double booked. I originally scheduled on-line but because of a conflict I had to cancel. I then spoke to a 'live' person to reschedule. I felt that I had been bumped for a bigger job or a more influential person. It was difficult to find another day to reschedule. I also felt that the charge for water disposal was way to high. As much as I liked the technician, I am not sure I will hire your company again.
I hesitate to provide this feedback as I did like the you man that cleaned out carpets. He was kind, communicated very well however we did have a few issues. We moved all the furniture out of the room. He had his little corner protectors out and placed around the house. At one point he went to pull his hose and knocked a piece of furniture tumbling down our stairs. Fortunately no damage to walls but the piece of furniture is in pieces in a pile at the bottom of the stairs. He felt horrible and apologized numerous times. Honest accident. He then asked if everything looked OK and I did notice a couple corners of a large area rug he cleaned didn't look as though they got really clean. He said he could go over those corners again. Went to go turn on his machine and for some reason, the machine wouldn't start. Apparently this happens often as he put it. First time with the machine on things go well but if he turns the machine off, it doesn't start up again.
So, I now have a pile of furniture that will make some new firewood and some carpet that isn't as clean as I think it should have been. So, you want my referrals or future business, come back and make things right.
When the technician told me about the process, I was skeptical that the carpet really would be clean and without residue. We haven't used professional cleaners because of the residue from the cleaning solution. He reassured me there would indeed be no residue and would not attract more dirt. There are many sections which are "crunchy" which tells me cleaning solution was left. Also, the carpets took 8 hours to dry and that was with our fans going on high. The only way to fix the residue would be to come and rinse it with clean water again. I don't want to have to wait for the dry time and move furniture again. You missed your chance to keep me as a customer.
I know the clean is genuine and I can trust that my carpets are disinfected and as clean as they can be.
