Technician was very thorough and made sure I was happy.
I am a return customer and although I've always had a good experience with the actual cleaning when using your company in the past, the prices are getting hard to justify because they are quite high ($180 for 12 ft. couch and $100 for a queen-sized bed). Also, I made my appointment online and two things happened: although mine and the technician's measurements of my couch were exactly the same, the price for the cleaning came out a bit higher than what was quoted on your website ($189+tax equaling $202, my quote was $180 which I felt was high to begin with). The second and most important thing, is that when I booked my appointment online I was given a very wide window of time when the technician would arrive (9:00am-5:00pm). I waited around all day, and by 4:00 I finally called to find out when someone would arrive, at that time I was told that my appointment was actually from 4:00pm-7:00pm and that the website is inaccurate and often quotes an all day time slot rather than the actual time. Your technician was apologetic and did his job well, but the experience overall was expensive and inconvenient. Unless I was sure that these issues would not arise in the future, I do not plan on using your service again.
Because soil is extracted I know my carpets are clean and safe for grandchildren.
I am so very grateful for this last cleaning as there were pet stains and odors and
your men worked diligently and in good attitude to totally solve the problem.

Services were completed very quickly. I thought it would take a couple of hours, but Rick was very quick to get the job done. That means minimal interruption in my schedule. Also, Zerorez promised to come on a certain day and even though Rick's previous job ran late, Rick showed up on that day in the evening. I like that the commitment was honored. Rick was so professional and so friendly, he felt like one of the family. He can come back to my house anytime to provide services!

I'd almost given up on the hall carpet. I thought we'd have to replace it for sure because it had so many spots and dark traffic marks. After I heard your ad I decided to give it at least one last chance to come clean before ripping it out. This was the first time we had ever used your service and I was totally amazed at how clean that hall carpet looked after your guy worked it over. It looks almost new again and I'm glad I didn't take it out afterall. There were also two other stains in other rooms that two other carpet cleaner companies had tried to get out but to no avail. Again, your guy worked his magic and they are gone!

We did the flash extraction and it was the best thing we could have done. One room had an odor from pet stains prior to cleaning - after the treatment and cleaning there was no odor! The associate who cleaned our carpets was very knowledgable and friendly, very helpful when answering questions and very professinoal.

The price on furniture cleaning was a little high, I thought.
On large jobs, it may be well to get an estimator in to provide a written estimate. We did our whole house.....gave best info on phone. Ended up being $100 higher. Also, the wide time window commits a customer to an entire day of waiting and then being available while the work is being done.
