The best thing is the R E S U L T S! I have two cats and three dachshunds, and although the dachshunds are confined to the greatroom and the bedroom at night... I knew it was time to have the carpets cleaned. The pet odor is G O N E. I know the carpets will need to be changed eventually, but thanks to ZEROREZ, I will not be doing that as soon as I thought I might have to!

That has to be one of the best compliments we can get! To have pet odors gone is a true testament to our ability because we do not use any odor masking agents. When the smell is gone it's because the cause is gone. Thank you for your feedback!

zEROREZ USUALLY CAN GET OUT SPOTS THAT OTHERS CANNOT. IN THIS INSTANCE THEIR WAS A WATER MARK THAT DID NOT COME OUT.

The person who did the work was excellent. But the rug is very rough
it's been over a week and I haven't heard back about the rug that was supposed to be delivered to me in a week. it took a long time for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment. And, I didn't receive $25 gift cards to Provo Beach Resort as advertised.

I'm sorry you haven't received the rug when you expected it. Typically the turn around time for a rug spa cleaning is two weeks. We are right at the two week mark now. I checked the status and it is in the drying stage today. It will be ready for delivery tomorrow. I'll schedule the delivery along with the voucher you were promised. We need to work on communicating better with you next time. We appreciate the candid feedback, since it helps us see what we can do better. Thank you!

Fast, very clean and thorogh. Gave us some ideas on other services we could use and why they would be useful.
There was no smelly soap residue remaining after Adam was finished.
The carpets were only damp for a few hours.

The cleaning is outstanding - even my old carpet looks good again! We had a wonderful technician, Rick, who went the extra mile and tried to find ways to take up an old stain. He was concientious, informative and very friendly. I will definitly ask for him again.

Professionalism and quality of the service performed
Rick was amazing. He did a fabulous job. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Our carpets look great. I love that there wasn't any smell and the carpets dried quickly. Literally every spot was removed. Zerorez is number one at our house.

We requested Chris, our service provider, by name because he worked here before and was very good. This time he was thorough, helpful and conscientious. He took his time to make sure the job was done right. I recently had an operation on my rotator cuff in my right shoulder and was having some trouble putting a new drain into the bath tub near the area where he was working, and he took time to help my wife and get it in correctly. It did not take him long, but it was a big help to us. When we sell our house we will ask for Chris again to come and do all the carpets once our furniture has been moved out so the new family can start with a very clean and nice carpet. Please thank Chris for the service he provided my wife and me.

It was the first time I used zerorez, so can't say how monger the cleaning compared to other companies, but the technician who came was great-Rick

Your tech was on time and very kind and did a great job on my carpets and tile.
I loved the service. It was super fast and friendly. Two suggestions: after i scheduled my appointment i received two calls to confirm. I know you may be weeding out cancellations, but it was a waste of my time. Second, i was told the floor would take 4-5 hours to dry. 24 hours later i knelt down to reconnect my washer and my knees got wet. I was a bit worried about the carpet being wet after so long.

Since we have so many appointments during a day, and a three hour window for each appointment, we feel it is important to keep our customers informed so they aren't waiting for us all day, or surprised when the technician arrives. In the future we will try and be more concise with our communication so that you are informed to the proper degree.

I was very impressed with the two you young men that came to clean our carpets. They were very professional and did a very good job! I would use Zerorez in the future.

I like carpet cleaning that leaves no residue. zerorez associates are prompt and courteous.
Jarmo spent a lot of time on the carpet and explained everything very well. The receptionist was very helpful also.
