Our technican did an excellent job. It was one of the best carpet cleanings we have ever had. He addressed our every concern!
Personable workers
Angelo was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable. He educated me on the cleaning agents, equipment, uses, and suggested a pet treatment. He showed how saturated our carpets were with urine and highly suggested we get it treated. My wife is very pleased with the clean carpets and in fact is referring Angelo to two other people.
I love how my carpets look and feel after Zerorez has cleaned them. This is the second time I haved used Zerorez. I am done trying to find someone that will do a good cleaning job. My carpets look great and dry in almost half of the time!
The scheduling was kind of a joke. I understand needing to give a window of time to allow for unexpected things that come up but I had someone waiting for 2 hours for the technician to show up and that is always an inconvenience. I did receive a call from the technician about 30 minutes before he was going to come and that was helpful but had I known that I was going to get that phone call I wouldn't have had to inconvenience others waiting at the house. So if that is standard practice give me the window of time that you expect to be there but then tell me that a technician will call me when he is on the way and that way I can still make sure someone is there but they might only have to wait for 10 or 15 minutes not 2 plus hours.
Michael was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. He did a remarkable job on Mom's carpet.

The service was efficient and quick, with a great result. Tyler, our tech, was super courteous and helpful I'd recommend him highly anytime.
Zerorez emloyee did not arrive until over an hour after the window given for the appointment, and no calls were made to me to explain. This was not the cleaner's fault, given the complexity of his prior appointment, but was poor planning on scheduling's part. The lateness of the cleaning kept my 3-year-old up far past his bedtime. At the very least, I would have liked to be notified that things would be going so late. Had I not called myself, I don't think I'd have been told anything.
High quality & UNIQUE treatment system ("special" water, etc)! Technician was fast & friendly!

I was expecting to get three rooms cleaned for a certain promotion price, but I didn't know that wasn't going to cover my tiny hallway. I was charged an extra $20. I was awair of the $9 water disposal charge, but was not expecting to pay for a hallway charge especially because the total footage was under $300.
The tech person representing Zerorez was amazing, very informative and very polite. I was very pleased with him and the services he provided! My carpets look so much better. I was considering replacing them completely but am reconsidering that as they look almost brand new. Thank you Zerorez

I love how great my carpets look and feel after being cleaned. The technicians are always friendly and pleasant.
The technician left a pool of dirt on my carpet, splashed dirty water up several walls, did not extract all the water well from the carpets, took 4.15 hrs to do the work because of a break down, and dropped his tool in my entry causing a divot in the tile. The second technician came back and cleaned up the mess, but was not shown the divot in the floor. My husband will be sending a photo of the divot and "splashes" of dirty water up the wall.
I have had a negative experience with zerorez and a very positive one. The service provided by Chris F on Friday, Jan 17th was very positive. He answered all my concerns, discovered why the carpet was scratchy and stiff from the last time it was cleaned, and did a thorough, professional job. He took his time to do it right. My biggest complaint was the wait time. My husband took half a day from work, expecting them to arrive sometime around 10:00 am....he called me and I had to take a half day off...they didn't arrive until 3pm....it was VERY frustrating to not receive any communication until we finally called the main office to find out what was happening. While I REALLY like the end result, my carpets look GREAT, I would only use Zerorez again if I could be the first scheduled appointment of the day, OR if I could have a more definite and dependable time for arrival.

I called to say I had to leave by a certain time and asked if they could come before that and they did not. They came right as I was leaving and made me late to my appointment. I had to pay before they even did the job so that I couldn't see the product before paying. I felt that they were nickel and diming me for every inch of carpet cleaned and they did not get some stains out that just happened this week. It was a terrible experience and cost WAY too much for what I got. I would like my money back or at least the money for the part that didn't get cleaned correctly.
Don't charge me for every little detail. I would expect to have all spots or stains removed without an extra charge! The overall look and feel of the carpets are good, and I really liked my technician; however, I was charged $75.00 instead of the $69.00 that I thought I would get for my three rooms from the radio promotion.
Seemed efficient. Carpets look good.
