The service man was very professional and courteous and was able to get the stain out of the carpet. He took our runner to be cleaned and has been very attentive to follow up on the progress and services which were ordered.

Our carpets got really clean and dried quickly
I have already provided my feedback (and extreme dissatisfaction) with the office staff and the scheduling of my estimate and rug cleaning. However, both technicians I dealt with (Jerem (sp?) and Adam) and Daniel, who is cleaning my area rug, were wonderful -- very professional and thorough. Adam did a great job on my carpets and they look 100% better. It's too bad I can't recommend Zerorez because of the terrible customer service I encountered with the office staff. If it were not for that, I would have given you a wholehearted recommendation (including to a friend who asked me just yesterday for a one).

You are absolutely right. After reading your responses I went back and listened to every phone call we had with you, and putting myself in your position, I would've been extremely frustrated. We did a terrible job communicating with you on both appointments, and made a mistake on the arrival time. Today we are going to have a staff meeting and discuss all the mistakes that were made in your particular case, and more importantly how we can avoid them next time. Thank you for your responses, since they exposed some problems and helped us improve. I will call you personally this afternoon to fill you in on all the details. I'm glad to hear that you were impressed with the cleaning and your technician, and hope you give us the chance to do better next time.

They got a red stain out of my carpet, and cleaned my large sectional sofa for a more affordable price. It was wonderfully clean!
Product smelled great. My capper looks better then the previous two times it was cleaned by other companies.
I was not able to meet the cleaners at the unit to be cleaned and paid over the phone when they were done... I never worried because every time I have an apartment cleaned it turns out great... When I asked how it went he said it went great, I was disappointed when I made it over later that night and saw that all of the stains and dark marks were still there, it didn't smell clean and aside from a few lines in the middle of the room there was no indication that the carpets had even been cleaned... Worst cleaning experience ever and I clean quite a few carpets... I also have you scheduled to clean carpets at my own house on Monday April 1st... Please cancel that appt... I am sorry to hear that Dave. I will send a technician out tomorrow to re clean that apartment. For your appointment on Monday, if you give us the chance to come out and clean that for you, and you aren't happy with the job, we will do it at no cost.

The office staff has repeatedly told me the wrong times for both the estimate and cleaning appointments. This is particularly disappointing for the cleaning because I was told it would be 10-2 today and instead it is actually scheduled for 3-5 p.m. (apparently). When I originally scheduled the appointment, I was told that I could have the 11-2 slot (I called a week in advance). In the meantime, I made sure that everything was ready for the technician's arrival by 10:00 a.m. today and am more than a little disgruntled about being given the wrong time and at having my home disrupted for the entire day. I cannot recommend Zerorez because of this. However, I will say that I have been impressed with the technicians and Daniel who is cleaning an area rug for me.
The cleaners were very kind and helpful. The service didn't take to long and everything looks great.

It was very clean, and fast. Your technician was the best. Very mindful of our house, corners and other belongings. He took the extra time needed to make the stairs look great. We would call you again in a heart beat.

We like how clean the carpets get, how fast they dry and your customer service.
There was no communication between your office and me. I had to call in and ask them when they were coming. They gave me a 3 hour window which was fine but the technician never called me. The technician tried to sell us a treatment that didn't do what it was supposed to and you had to come back twice. Jordan was great on this and made sure we were taken care of. A suggestion for the future when someone in your office messes up would be to not drill the customer and tell them how trained and wonderful your employees are and tell them that there is no way they couldn't of made the mistake. By doing that you are calling your customers liars and that's not very good business. I spent a total of 3 hours on the phone with your customer service reps and 2 1/2 hours were listening to you guys talk up your employees on how well they were trained. Well if they were trained as well as you say I wouldn't have been calling. Thanks again to Jordan for getting this taken care of for us, you did a great job.

Having worked with you personally through this whole ordeal I completely understand your frustration. We really dropped the ball when it came to contacting you. And after listening to a few of our phone calls with you, I noticed that our reps were very long winded; which is both annoying and counterproductive. I am happy we were able to achieve the results you wanted after I came out personally to reapply those treatments, but am still disappointed in the way things went overall. Thank you for being so patient with us, and I hope we will have the opportunity to give you excellent service next time.
