It took a much longer time for my carpet to dry than you advertise. I did not like that your carpet cleaner tried to up sale. The carpet does look nice

I just purchased a new home and had thought I would need to replace the carpets. After my cleaning I felt so much better because they looked fantastic and I could move into my new home without worrying about the carpets anymore.

We called in the morning! They came and cleaned our couch that afternoon! The price was very reasonable! They were kind and friendly!
I would have liked to have the additional fee's such as the carpet protectant explained over the phone so I could have budgeted for the full service.

Your team of Chris and Keith were awesome!! They were very professional, explained things as they went, brought areas of special concern to my attention etc. Prior to arrival, the carpets in my bedroom and stairs looked so badly I thought I was going to have to replace them. When they left, they looked like new!! On my tile, which is textured, they used a brush pro machine to really scrub it and loosen up all the dirt in the little spaces. The tile today is as beautiful as it was when we built the house. I can't wait to have them back to clean my ducts.

I like that you can actually get upholstery clean. It is amazing to see the difference, even though having your upholstery done is a little pricey. I like having no residue or chemicals on my carpets and upholstery. I also like the special deals you promote.
We love cleaning upholstery for the same reason Teresa. It is our goal in every house to deliver such results!

Our appointment was scheduled from 10a.m. To 2 pm. Which was fine. We had all thing ready and then the waiting began. The techs that were scheduled to do the work had an earlier appointment. That appointment turned out to be longer than they expected. More things being requested. They showed at 5.p.m. I waited and wasted most of the day. This was no fault of the techs. I am wanting to know why the office help did nor have the courtesy to call and tell us. We would have been able to complete more of our schedule had we known. I know that the office knew they were running late. Again have your office people have more consideration of the customers time.

You are absolutely right. It is unacceptable to have such of a lack of communication from our end, and I understand that the results can be frustrating. We are continuously working on making our call center and route orchestration better, and your feedback will help us with this. The estimated price was $160. The actual price was $230. That was a big surprise.
The lady who called a few days in advance told me to plan for sometime between 2 and 5 pm. I was surprised and panicked when I got a phone call the day of my appointment at 11 am from the cleaner saying he was twenty minutes away. Luckily he was able to pull some strings and rearrange some appointments to push my cleaning to 2pm, but the misunderstanding between the schedulers and the cleaners was confusing.

I'll go back and listen to the call and see why there is such a big discrepancy. Our intention is not to get you on the phone and surprise you in the house. We commonly find that customers want us to do more than they originally planned once they see the first areas cleaned. But like I said, i'll listen to the call and if we misrepresented ourselves in any way, I will cover the difference.
Also, i'm glad we were able to rearrange the timing and show up when we were supposed to. We'll talk soon. Thank you!
