First of all, having heard all your positive-sounding advertisements, we've been planning for sometime now to have you clean our carpets when we're ready, after our remodeling work is finished. Secondly, we decided to try your cleaning service for our tile kitchen floor, and your rep Alfredo, who came to do the job was a nice man. However, despite being told that we intended to seal the kitchen floor grout, he did not clean under the fridge nor the front part of the stove, which needed to be sealed as well. He also inadvertently scraped and peeled off some of the molding as he pushed the brush around the edges; our kitchen had just been freshly painted a couple of days before. Our painter had to re-paint those affected areas. We respectfully request recompense for a less than stellar job.

Have a smaller appointment window. Mine was from 3 pm until 6 pm and the tech arrived at five minutes til 6. I felt tied down for three hours waiting to find out when he would be there. Other than that, I thought the service was pretty good.

This was a great deal and Chris was very professional. There are a few spots that didn't come clean - that's the only reason this is not a "10".

I am impressed by how hard Angelo worked to get the carpets so clean. Angelo really worked diligently to achieve the best possible results on our dirty carpet and he was able to do such a good and thorough job that I have been telling my neighbors and family to be sure to only call Zerorez to have their carpets cleaned and hope that they are fortunate enough to have Angelo or someone as dedicated as Angelo go to their homes and clean their carpets.

When I called, I ordered cleaning for 1 room and 1 halway. It was a special for 25 at room and 20 for the hall. The young man cleaned the rooms and hall nicely and then charged me 75 dollars. He said his info said 2 rooms and a hall plus a charge for water empting. He came down to the ordered that I called in, but said I ORDERED 2 ROOMS , that was what he was seeing on the bill. I felt taken advantage of and will not probably ever order from you again.

Very clean, nice people, very efficient

I especially liked the servicemen who came to clean my carpet. They were very friendly, honest, and worked very hard to please me. They helped me stay in my budget and overall did a great job. The main carpet cleaner knew a lot about carpet, carpet cleaning, and answered my questions. I would give him a raise!

Chris and Manuel were very courteous and fun to work with. Chris even shoveled the driveway and front walk to avoid tracking more snow than necessary into our home. They really went beyond the mark to do the job right.

I was told you would be there between 10 and 2 then it got changed at 945 to some time between 2 and 5. That was fine until the tech didn't show up til 715pm and billed us out before he got there, did the worst job, didn't clean the hall or closets and then didn't clean the carpets any better than a rug doctor could have done. I want to have you come back and fix it.
