What do you like about our products and services?

I have used Zerorez for the past seven years. I highly recommend you. However, we have contacted Rick to return regarding an area I felt should have come cleaner and he has not returned or called as promised. He may just be busy but a call would have been great. I felt he was a good worker and a pleasant.

What could we do to improve?

when setting an appointment let your coustomer know that 4:00 p.m.may be 7:00p.m. when they first call in also when you call to confirm the appointment let them know again that there is a window from 4-7 do not let let them wonder when you will be there a simple phone call would help, did a very good job once they got there!

WE JUST BOUGHT A NEW HOME AND NEEDED THE FLOORS CLEANED REALLY BAD. ZEROREZ CAME IN AND DID A GREAT JOB. CARPETS LOOKED ALMOST NEW IN A 13 YR OLD HOME. LOVED THAT THERE WAS NO RESIDUE LEFT AND THE CARPETS AND TILE FELT REALLY CLEAN.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets twice and I will continue to have them as my carpet cleaners. The technicians, both times, worked very hard and were so friendly. My rooms smelled so good when they finished and my carpets looked beautiful! I have been very pleased with Zerorez and every employee I have talked to. Great service!

The guy that came out to clean our carpets, Chris, was very professional and was so good at explaining what zeorez is about and the system used to clean carpets. He was very informative and very nice. My carpets look great! I would have Chris come again. Great employee

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There are still lots and lots of spots on the carpets and the back of the sofa that was cleaned. Also, the carpets are a bit crusty, even after vacuuming. I always liked my soft carpets so that is disappointing as well. I thought there wouldn't be any residue after the cleaning and that even without detergent the spots would be gone. Guess that's too much to hope for, even after paying $800.
