I liked the service man - he was nice, thorough and clean.
that you use no soap. He was in and out and done. Carpet is 12 years old - in a rental unit and it's clean as new.
The employee was knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. Called ahead to let us know when we can expect him. Our carpets now look brand new.
I was very impressed with Keith. He was very personable and as far as I could tell, did a very good job. We will continue to use Zerorez.

It was a miracle! I thought we were going to have to replace our carpets but after Zerorez came, my carpets looked almost new!

This time i received service by someone new to me. My mistake was to leave the room and not watch him work. I thought the carpets were not nearly as clean as usual even though I had had a service only one month previously. Spots still showed through. Since it was just before the holiday weekend, I had to spend time on my hands and knees with a spot cleaner and cloth to hand rub the spots away, because there was not time to schedule a re-do. My rag picked up a lot of dirt from each spot, so I knew the service had not done its job. Unfortunately I had paid for the basement as well as the upstairs, which means a lot of money was spent, and yet it left a lot of followup work for me. I have used zerorez many times. sometimes it is great. sometimes not. it leaves me to believe that it depends on who operates the equipment.

I liked how professional and courteous our technician was. He walked me though everything he was going to do and what the price would be before he even got his equipment out. Then he went to work while I read to my kids upstairs. When he was done my carpets looked and felt brand new!

The guy (can't remember his name) was very good.
We had a few small areas that weren't cleaned completely. They had dirty spots (toothpaste, ice cream & a hot chocolate) that didn't seem to be cleaned very well. I was able to take a damp rag and clean the toothpaste and ice cream up, but there is still a visible spot where the hot chocolate was. It seems like it should come up better (it looks very similar to before the carpets were cleaned). We are hoping that we can have someone come back to see if the spot can be cleaned better.
Overall, the cleaning was great, though!

Great service and clean carpets. Jesus Saenz is awesome he had to come to Tooele when he thought he was done for the day. You would think that the service would suffer after having to work late but it didn't. Jesus is an asset to your company.

The zerorez employees were very polite and did a good job with the cleaning. they even helped to change my furnace filter.
David did an excellant job in explaining what was available to meet my needs on this visit. He was thorough in talking me through what he was doing.

I really liked the technician that came to my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I have 15 year old carpet that happens to be an off white color. The color still looks brand new, I have no stains, and all the heavy traffic areas are looking good again.
They arrived within their time window.

Looks clean, and friendly people who do the cleaning. The last one was not, and lectured us on the poor condition of our carpets. His name was Alfredo. I was dreading that he would come again, but was happy to see it wasn't him. I've had grandkids living with me, and as most parents know, sometimes it is impossible to keep kids from spilling on carpets.

You are always able to make my carpets look great. Also the cleaners are always professional and efficient
One concern is expecting a $25.00 per room and then paying an additional &30.00 per room to get the protectant for our carpet that cleaning takes off our carpet. This information should be given by the person who is setting the appointment before the technicians arrive. The technicians sent did a great job and were efficient. It is yet to be seen if the protectant makes a difference.

I can understand that. When our customers call in and request an estimate for carpet cleaning, we try to stick to that in an effort to keep the experience over the phone fast and low pressure. But since many of our customers opt to have protectant applied, maybe there is a better way. We will talk about this in tomorrows meeting. I am glad you were happy with the job! After seven years of wear and tear from 5 kids and their friends, 95% of the stains have come out and my carpet looks great. We thought we needed to replace the carpet, but I think we will get several more years out of it now. Fantastic!
