I wish that a question would have ben asked before they came about if we had a pet or not. Because they pointed it out and found several spot where our dog had accidents, the price went way up! I appreciate them letting me know, but was not expecting that kind of a quote! I couldn't believer that it was $75.00 gallon for the pet cleaner! He gave me two options: One, use the expensive stuff, or Two, use the cleaner that made the odor come through and smell for two days. WE took the second option which was cheaper, and it never smelled like urine odor. I think he was trying to sell us the more expensive stuff, or he didn't have his facts right. The carpets look great, but I wished that the idea that it would be $25.00 per room hadn't turned into much more. Give your clients a heads up and ask before you come if they have a pet so they won't be shocked with the price!!!!
They leave no residue. The carpets are restored to looking new. They stay cleaner than other cleaning methods. Your technicians are well trained and professional. It's easy to get an appointment. The technicians are always willing to help with special requests. I don't ever let any other company clean my carpets, tile, or upholstery no matter how good a price they offer.

I was impressed with how some of the areas were cleaned. Even areas that I thought were too dirty to match the clean spots were hardly noticeable onced cleaned.
No soap
After the initial cleaning we noticed an area where a milk spill had not come out clean. It was still crunchy to walk on. A technician came back and re-cleaned the spot with a surface treatment. He had me walk on it and check that it felt good, and it did. But when it dried, there was still a small area where it dried crunchy. Next time I'll probably spend half the money and go with a different cleaner. I did appreciate the polite, friendly attitude of both technicians who came to clean! They were so pleasant to work with and have around.
I love the clean feeling of no residue left behind and have always had extremely personable people provide the service.

Staff was very friendly, in both the scheduling and work phase of the project. Technician showed up late, but was apologetic and worked with me on a resolution that satisfied both parties.

The surprising charge for a pet stain removal. $100 bucks for a spot that was 6" x 18". That was more than cleaning all the carpet in the apartment! I just can't believe a spot that size was so costly. I would like you to check that spot again to make sure it was really cleaned and that there is no stain left. Iwas told that there would be an additional charge, but NOT any suggestion of how much it would be. I feel that I was truly taken advantage of. This is the second time Zerorez has screwed us over and it is not appreciated! Not sure I'll ever trust Zerorez again. Have a good day.

The carpet stays clean longer. This time, however, a small area where the heel rests to play the sustaining pedal on the piano did not come clean.
